I had an absolutely terrible stay at The Grand Shaurya. The biggest issue? Bed bugs. They were everywhere, and no matter what I did, I couldn’t get a moment of proper sleep. I woke up itching and found bites all over my body. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that calls itself “Grand.”
The room itself looked decent at first glance, but once I realized what I was dealing with, everything else became irrelevant. Cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority here. The staff didn’t seem too concerned when I reported the issue either.
If you value your sleep and your health, stay far away from this place. Until they fix their hygiene issues, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

excellent location and amenities. the top floor resto bar was immaculate and the ambience was very good. food was 😋 yum.

Location is ok. I was given room no 102. It was just above the bar. DJ was blaring at full and there was loud noise in the room.
I requested to change room but regretted by Front Desk. It was very very loud noise in the room and I can't sleep. I had planned to leave early but as I couldn't sleep till the loud music stopped 23.30 hrs after I very strongly objected to the unbearable noise.
The room has moisture on walls .
Washroom is very Tiny.
