My experience is very very bad. I dont even want to give one star to it You may find it ok if u dont face any problem, but when u face any problem, you are on ur own… no ones going to help… Below are the issue i faced in my stay of 3 days- RATS are in the room, spoiled my sleep in the night. Rude staff behaviour Managers of this hotel dont have common sense and humanity Old ac’s makes continuous sound.. no temperature control Always HOT water from the taps in the morning, no working mixer, no cold water, manager have to switch off the hot water from their end to resolve it. Low level of service Telephones doesnt works in some rooms Bad smell when u enter in the room I want to also add one of the issue I faced that I mistakenly booked the room for one but we were two person who were going to stay and so I requested Manager that please update the booking because the room can have for default two people and also we were not unknowns, we were staying since two days but because I made this booking from Oyo they refused to help me. Its general common sense to allow one more person in a double bedroom but managers of this hotel doesn’t understand this small thing. Then I called Oyo and the illiterate Oyo representative’s have just one answer that please do another booking and cancel this booking and we will refund you this booking amount which never happens as I have tried this before. I have a request with Oyo that please improve your service we should be help in seconds But unfortunately we can just call call but there is no help. Hopeless oyo and hopeless hotel I would never ever stay in this hotel again
