The hotel served non veg biryani when ordered veg. Very unfriendly staff. Just because it is a decent hotel in this area people prefer

It was a great experience at click. Food is budget friendly as well as tasty. The only best option for stay at pithampur is click hotel.

the room was spacious, clean, and modern. The bed was extremely comfortable, with plush linens. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was stocked with quality toiletries. The only downside was that the wi-fi connection was spotty at times. I tried the hotel’s restaurant for dinner and the food was good definitely worth the price. Room service was prompt, kindly update restaurant waiters or servers sometimes they don’t know the dish. If they are good at their service customer eat one more dish. I am not saying they are bad just not up to the mark. The housekeeping staff were always attentive and ready to assist with any requests.

The building which we stayed in is excellent but in case of food and service slightly unhappy, when we ordered food it used to take more time to reach us, some of the food items didn't taste good.

I had a good time staying in this hotel, everything seems to be in point. The fooding hands down one of the best, the briyani, upma, chicken noodles. Was so delicious. I gave this a 4 star because the tv and the ac was not working, we called for room service they said they will send somebody for checking but no one showed up, i request the managers to look up on this matter.

“Click” is a beautiful hotel. Very nice interior, amenities, food, staff and overall experience. Only they can improve in Google location of the hotel. We had struggled to find the hotel.

It's a newly constructed hotel in the industrial area of Pithampur. Only hotel which I found better than others in Pithampur. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff too is friendly and their service is prompt. Breakfast and dinner buffet is served here. Food quality is also good. So if you're visiting any industry in Pithampur you should definitely stay here.
