Pesticides not at room temperature, no hot water available , very noisy due to marriage , food 🥗 very very unhealthy and tasteless

Hotel have not any good service staff and no manner to talk with customer. There are so much water problem. Food and cleaning is good

First of all they don't allow cabs n taxis in premises. We have to get down outside hotel. Room was ok on an average. Kettle and ac not working. Due to short stay it was ok

When i saw the price in make mytrip my eyes lit up 2500 approx with pool and breakfast awesome. Make my trip did mention complimentary early check in and late check out. So here is the story. We informed the hotel that we would be reaching late. It was hard to locate at first. There are all party plots near by. The car wont reach to the hotel door, but the staff did help with the luggage. We requested for late check out with payment to which they mentioned we can do it till 12 pm which is already mentioned in mm t receipt. This is fine its good going by the rules. No lift since its just 1 or 2 floors. Room is terribly small no space to keep luggage or get room service. Upto this everything was ok. I have booked a room at low price so i can complain about room size. Fun starts we reached the pool side restaurant one of the staff suggested if you are staying here. Please go to your room and take room service. However we decided to continue in the restaurant. Few of the orders in the menu not available. While paying they wont accept dine out. Though they did give me 10% discount when asked. Next day morning the complimentary breakfast we say poha puri sabji, to my surprise there was a different set of breakfast for french team which we were not supposed to have. I was given coffee in papercup whereas the french team had it in cup and plates. There was a complete untouchable feeling created. Sorry but its not worth.

The stay was comfortable. The washroom was not up to the mark of the hotel.

Location is out of city. Property is good. Staff is untrained and not very cooperative. Basic things were missing in the property and rooms. However gm is professional and cooperative too. Food is good. If staff gets training this will become v good destination.
