Indian Palms Country Club and Resort

This property has so much potential. The setting is stunningly beautiful, but the resort is so mis-managed. Really sad. Our room needed cleaning. Simple TLC would go a long way. Regrouting the tub, cleaning the window sills, fixing the shower door and sink stopper, basic derp cleaning is needed. The worst is that the restaurant is closed. We could not even get a cup of coffee.

Do not be deceived by the photos shown of the "resort" hotel. First day of check in no one was in the office, when you try to call the office the mailbox is full and you cannot talk to anyone or leave a message. The room we were given had no cups or coffee maker and no BLANKETS on the bed. The toilet barely flushed so we were nervous to EVEN use it. Called to the front desk at least 6 times before someone answered they told me that they didn't have cups and that they had just given out the last blankets ! I was asked if I wanted to change rooms ? I asked if that rooms has blankets sure, and was told no ( not sure what good that would have done) called to the front the mext day was told they had ONE blanket for two people with a room with two beds. Sent my daughter to go get it, when she got there three people just stared at her through the locked door, so then I had to go down. The "blanket " I was given was pulled out from under some dirty boxes in a back room and smelled horrible, it was also NOT a blanket it was the cover to put over the blanket. I asked to speak to the manager Samantha who I still have not been called back or been able to make any contact with in 3 days. Other groups staying here with us all had similar problems. Do not stay here save your money.

One of the worst golf courses we have played. Most of the courses in the desert are closed for reseeding and this course looked like it should have been closed for complete renovations. The pictures show how horrible the course was. The green fees were $80.00. This was ridiculous, because if we payed $25.00 we would have thought it was not a good deal. The staff was very friendly, and the food was great. We asked for a bucket of balls to warm up on the range and we were given a grocery bag with some balls in it. The tee boxes were like teeing off in the rough. The greens had missing grass and looked terrible. The layout was compared to playing the same hole over and over again. Do yourself a favor and don't ever play here. We will never set foot in this place again. The most frustrating thing was the $80.00 green fees for a course that was at the most worth $15.00

Not impressed at all! Looks nothing like the website and rooms were disappointing. More so was the customer service (or lack there if!). ONLY way in was a loooong line! Every time! I don’t know if there is another pool, but Motel 6 probably has a better one! Would not go back!

Horrible hotel. Violates employers, takes away rights and total slave drivers. I would be aware before checking in or staff might turn on you Not worth it. By far put an employee in a dangerous situation in a work place and they seem to believe that is alright and dandy… it’s not. What if that was a guest?
