Bunkbeds are large enough to accompany adults. There’s also a closet with chest of drawers in the bunkbed room. Tampering with safety cameras on property, including but not limited to: disconnecting power source, interfering with wifi connectivity, or manually moving and or blocking cameras, will result in a $500 service call charged to guest to reset the system. This will also result in immediate termination of the booking with no refund for any used or unused portion of stay. Pets: We love our furry friends. Pets are allowed (maximum 2). Please clean up after your pets, failure to do so prior to your departure will result in a $50 fee. Pets are not allowed onto furniture. The grounds are maintained through the HOA and are given access once a week. You may encounter them during the day. Trash day is on Monday. Due to HOA restrictions, only 4 guest per reservation are permitted to use the community amenities. Please reach out with any questions.
