Residence Inn Indianapolis Northwest

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. I don’t remember the evening/night desk woman’s name but she was very personable and went out of her way for my kids. There were a couple of restaurants within walking distance that I did not try but definitely looked adequate. It was in a quiet section of the city and we had no problems with noise inside the hotel either.

We had a warm welcome when we arrived and it left a very positive impression of the front desk and manager. Our room was nice, large and beds comfortable but could really use more insulation as the room above were heavy footed and woke us up around 1AM. Breakfast was quite standard but satisfied our needs. The gym was quite small but had dumbbells, an elliptical and two treadmills. The weight bench was a bit creaky but got its job done.

Filth-used linens/body fluids/bugs/dust/crumbs. Rude staff. Housekeeping manager was hostile & aggressive. Broken door. Smell of smoke and ****. Considered sleeping in our car to escape it was so bad.

Having read a couple of the reviews we had pause in coming here but the location was perfect for us en route to Chicago. We stay in Marriott properties frequently, including a couple of longer transition stays in Residence Inns. This hotel was absolutely fine, standard for a RI, room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was the usual. Not sure what prompted a couple of the other reviews on upkeep. The hotel isn’t brand new, but certainly is clean and exactly what a RI is like and I’d stay here again definitely. Boa and Shane at the front desk were welcoming and helpful.

It was Indy 500 weekend, After a long drive from Louisville , We were hungry and was too tired to go grab something to eat. We were lucky enough that they had a Hot Dog Bar for us to eat. I thought that , was Amazing !!!! Thank You for a wonderful experience and i plan on coming back next year. Hopefully i'll be surprise again .

I had a really particular and special experience that I'd like to give appreciation for. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times for business trips, where the office I visit is a 5-10minute drive away. On a rainy morning where I had to be in the office for an important meeting, I had absolutely no luck finding an Uber or Lyft to bring me from hotel to office. Shane Mobley (Director of Sales) was manning the front desk and quickly looked for ways to help me. He called a couple taxi services who rejected the ride stating they were too far way and busy. Shane, without hesitation, decided that he would offer me a ride to the office. It may have been a little unorthodox, but it was the miracle I needed in that moment. Shane was friendly, professional, and a great driver :) Thank you so much Shane for helping me when I was in a tough spot. I won't ever forget your act of kindness. I hope you're doing well my friend!
