UPDATE! IHG and the hotel did nothing to remedy the situation. All they have said is "the hotel has been in constant communication" which is a lie i have emails to prove it, and "we have comp'd your room" well rightly you should because of the bed bugs but as far as helping us or anything else to make the situation correct is awful and they have basically said go pound sand we are not doing anything else! Do yourself a favor and never stay at an IHG property, when things go wrong they will do the LEAST and they don't care about customers! This hotel and everything about it is a joke. They are unwilling to reimburse me for the crap they put my family thru. Needless to say they have made a bad situation worse! good JOB IHG, We are hear for a soccer tournament and needless to say this hotel put us in a less desirable situation. Well we found a crap ton of bed bugs around the bottom edge of our floor AND one was on the bed. we immediately picked all of our stuff up and even captured some of said bugs in a glass to take to the counter. Went down to the counter and told them we are leaving and want a full refund. By the response of the desk person it was almost like they knew there was a problem. i didn’t notice it but the other family that was with us noticed his “slip up”. Needless to say it’s 10:50 at night and we are at a laundry mat dry cleaning everything we own all the while trying to figure out how to get our son to sleep because he is still playing in a tournament in the morning. just do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel. realistically it needs completely sprayed not to mention it’s not in the best part of town. One more note the stench in this hotel ESP our room was aweful. it smelled like someone perfumed over cigarettes to make it smell like crap! STAY AWAY!!!!

Clean comfortable large rooms. Great staff. Extremely quiet regarding the location close to the interstates. Parking is limited due to construction of the super close new Culver's. Close to many restaurants and gas stations. Easy on and off of the interstates.

If I could give less than one star I would. 1. Non smoking room smells of smoke 2. Within the first 20 minutes I saw 4 live cockroaches in my room 3. Someone from the front desk knocked on my door at 9am very rudely and very loudly complaining about some mistake in their system about which room we were given. I’m not really even sure of the intent. Absolutely uncalled for.we had arrived very late and really needed the sleep. Worst hotel experience! Really should not have the ratings it has. This is a horrible hotel!

Highly disappointed in this hotel. I went there for a get away trip with my children. Had to end my trip early due to the fact that this hotel had roaches crawling from everywhere!!! Told the worker what was going on an he said they just sprayed the hotel and recommended me to another room I politely declined and packed me and my 3 kids belongings and headed home at 11pm and my drive home was 6.5hrs!!!

Amazing service and the room was exceptionally clean! The bed was super comfy. First time staying at a Candlewood Suites and this one set the bar high. I will plan to stay at another in the future. The price is amazing for the quality and size of the room.

Excellent stay on a Monday night. Rondel the GM was outstanding. Rooms were clean and ours was ready early. Great value during a very pricey weekend for hotels in Indy. Room was well equipped for a short or long stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
