Aloft Indianapolis Downtown

The staff were all very friendly at the hotel!!! However, when I arrived I found hair in my sink and there was no soap to wash my hands. They were pleasant about it and rectified the problem right away. Valet service was excellent, it is however, very pricey.

Great location and valet service was convenient for parking. Really appreciated the front desk associates as well, as they provided good recommendations for dinner and brunch

My husband and I went on a vacation to Indiana to visit some long time friends and we stayed at Aloft Indianapolis and it was such a pleasant experience, Aimee the front desk worker helped us out and her hospitality was great. she showed us our room and told us about all the cool amenities like the bar and the little convenience store in the hotel. She went above and beyond and I will gladly come back the next time we come down here. Aloft stay was wonderful, casual, CLEAN, and comfortable. Thank you

Excellent stay at the Aloft in downtown Indy. We checked in after midnight and Samantha was very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. We used the luggage room to store some items for pickup after late checkout and Samantha was again very helpful.

PMC Valet Representative helpful and knowledgeable about area restaurants and downtown attractions. Friendly and kind demeanor was helpful and recognized by my elderly mother. Having the valet service with representatives showing professionalism and kind service made the stay at aloft a marquis hotel experience.

Great place. Alex and Aimee were exceptional, helping us with valet, rooms and recommendations. Kudos to all of them. We'll be back, In fact we did gi back to watch the Pacers destroy the Knicks from the lobby bar. Clean, comfortable and convenient hotel.
