Family friendly Unit # 2 located on the waterfront. Unit is a 5 minute walk to the Indian Rocks Beach access and Beach Trolley. We are boat accessible from the private dock. This space sleeps 4 guests, it has 1 King sized bed and 1 queen sized pull out couch. Unit has a smart TV, WiFi, Key-less self check-in and a fully functional kitchen. Unit has private dock. Entire unit has air conditioning. The unit has accessible parking spots on site. The space This space is newly renovated with an open floor plan. *Unit 1 and Unit 2 DO NOT have French door direct access to the patio but you will still have access to the shared dock space. Please see all photos for exact unit layouts prior to booking. Stocked kitchen, linens, bathroom and a king memory foam mattress. If you will have 3 or more guests, a queen pull-out sofa with extra pillows and linens is available. Extra pillows and linens are NOT available for guests with 2 people or fewer.
