Very close to the airport . Free shuttle bus. The hotel is old. The shower drain is clogged. Bathroom light is dark. No usb port for phone charger. Room is decent.

Best Western Premier Incheon Hotel offers comfort and convenience, ideal for both business travelers and transit guests. Located just minutes from Incheon International Airport 1 or 4,1 km from terminal 2, with a complimentary shuttle service (shuttle just to terminal 1) its modern, well-appointed rooms feature plush bedding, and soundproof windows for a restful stay. There is also a convenient store in the first floor which is very handy. Bilingual staff ensures smooth service, they were very friendly and kind. A reliable choice for layovers or short stays.

We chose this hotel for its closeness to Incheon airport and for it’s airport shuttle bus which was an excellent service. The room was comfortable and warm with underfloor heating in the February cold and was a perfect affordable place to stay the night. With the Paradise City Plaza right next door, you have endless eating options during your stay. There are other options close by and the hotel decor is dated, this is a great affordable option if you need to be close to the airport.

Hotel is very dated, unclean in every corner you look at. The a/c unit had mold inside

It’s closer to the airport. The service is amazing because they can also speak English which is also good for foreigners. It’s next to a mall that I didnt know before because I’ve been to this hotel quite a few times. It’s very clean . I love it 😻

2nd Time staying in this hotel. Free shuttle bus service every 30mins. Hotel is clean. Hotel staff speaks good English. Nearby Incheon airport.

Nice hotel located near the airport. The bed is comfy and the room is clean. The hotel's shuttle bus goes to terminal 1 only and begins at 6. There is another free shuttle bus nearby that can bring you to terminal 1 or 2 at an earlier time than 6 if that is what you need.

Facility is old. Room is dirty, large stains on carpet. Close to airport, overall quality is way below best western premier standard

Staff was polite and professional. Rooms area not well maintained, this time got better room and equipment was acceptable but there is noise all time in night from water in walls or electricity, hard to even sleep well before flight.

I stay at this hotel every time I fly into Incheon late at night or have to leave early in the morning. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The only complaint I might have is that the shuttle bus after 10:00 am only travels every hour. I would still recommend this hotel.

The place is just a few steps from Paradise Hotel, which has many amenities. It also has a convenience store inside, which is very convenient. There is free shuttle bus to and from Incheon Airport too.

Very good service. Very nice people. Good location to Incheon Internal Airport. Down side was that you could not flush toilet paper which absolutely grosses me out!

I totally enjoyed my stay at the Best Western. It was clean, the room smelled nice, and the atmosphere at the front desk was pleasant and great. I will definitely recommend, as well as stay again!
