Room smelled like lingering cigarette smoke even though it was advertised as smoke free on another platform. The front staff said I had to pay extra money for an actual non smoking room which ridiculous. Because of the burnt smell it wasn't pleasant to stay or sleep in the room, and it was hard to see any view from the narrow window. Poor air ventilation. The place is a motel not a hotel with very narrow hallways that's apparently newly renovated so the room size and furniture matched photos. It is walking distance to a subway station but location is in an alley surrounded by other motels which didn't feel that safe.

I didn’t expect too much since it’s a motel, but the staff are really nice and friendly! Location is pretty good, only 5 mins by walk from the station. Room is okay, but the smell from the bathroom spreads throughout whole room that it never goes away…

酒店地理的位置不錯，環境乾淨衞生，交通方便 距離地鐵站不算太遠，機場過去很近，適合起飛前一天在這裏住。

Отличный отель! Хорошее местоположение, в шаговой доступности магазы и кафе, голодными не останетесь. Так же рядом станция метро Dongam, удобно добираться до Сеула. В отеле работает отличный персонал, добрый и отзывчивый. Ребята быстро нашли мне переходник для американской вилки на розетку. Однозначно буду останавливаться ещё!

櫃檯人員 語言溝通很順暢，地理位址又棒，附近吃的喝的都不缺，我能連著那麼久就知道水平水準如何了，這不用多說

前台上夜班的中國小哥人不錯。白天上班的韓國服務生就有意思了，因為飛機晚點深夜到達仁川，沒有現金，接待窗口旁寫着可以兑換貨幣，早上出去前就想在酒店兑點車票錢。100塊人民幣竟然給了我5000韓元😅。我衹是不懂韓語不是不懂匯率哦。在我亮出匯率後，他又把5000韓元換成了10000。出了酒店去了首爾，當時滿大街的貨幣兑換點都是100人民幣兑16000多韓元😅。
