Was great place to stay

A fuir surtout personne avec problème de santé. Personnel très désagréable. Pour accéder à l’hôtel escalier extrêmement dangereux sans garde-fou. Nous avons été obligés de revenir sur Marrakech dans le quart d’heure qui a suivi. On nous a même pas proposé d’aide. Je voulais aller me reposer car en Chimio. On a voulu me refourguer une chambre sans fenêtre donnant sur la salle à manger. Bref très désagréable avec les marocains. Le personnel parlait en berbère entre eux. Aucune politesse.

Riad Atlas Prestige offers stunning and breathtaking views of the mountains. I had a wonderful and peaceful stay with my wife at this guesthouse in Imlil. The bedroom was clean with colourful Moroccan rugs and bed covers. The bed was firm but comfortable and there was air conditioning, which provided heating at night when it gets a little chilly. The bathroom was adequate with an open shower. My bedroom view was pleasant as it overlooked the mountains. For breakfast I had Msemen (square Moroccan pancake), boiled egg, bread, yogurt, fresh fruit and a coffee (other drinks included orange juice, tea, hot chocolate and herbal teas). The dinners were mainly soup, olives, bread and vegetables with lemon chicken one evening and plain chicken the next evening. The drive from Menara Airport to Riad Atlas was about 90 minutes. The walk from the guesthouse to the nearest village is about 15 minutes down a rocky path. I enjoyed the walking but some may find it exhausting especially when returning uphill.

We stayed at this hotel in the family size room for a couple night in March 2025. We drove up to the hotel's "parking" which if we hadn't been already driving in Morocco for a few weeks up to that point would have been a mini adventure in itself. The view from the hotel is jaw dropping, absolutely gorgeous. We definitely felt the altitude's thinner air when hiking down to Imlil's main street. You could say it would get a bit tedious hiking up and down the steps if visiting the town often. The included breakfasts and paid dinners were in a cosey warm space and were delicious and filling. The room itself served its purpose, we all slept great. My only complain about this particular room was the bathroom could have used some TLC, mainly the lack of hooks/towel bars, or maybe a small shelf. The service was friendly, from initial greeting, meals, to checkout. We booked a guided hike through the hotel which was good value. My rating is more of a 4.5 / 5. I would book it again if visiting Imlil when the kids are older and can handle a multi-day hike.

We stayed at the Atlas-Prestige for 3 nights celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday. Our party was made up of our 30 year old son, 28 year old daughter and my husband and me. The Riad arranged transport from the airport to Imlil at a very competitive cost of Euro50 for a 90 Km trip. This went smoothly as we were met by the driver with a sign with our name on. On arrival we were taken to the Riad’s terrace, with its spectacular views of the mountains, and served with L mint tea and Moroccan biscuits. Our rooms were decorated with Moroccan rugs and had tea and coffee making facilities. There was also an air conditioner that worked by cooling or heating the room. This was necessary as it was cold up in the mountains so was a very welcome feature. The bathroom had a restroom type shower and shampoo and shower gel was provided. The beds were firm and comfortable. We opted for the breakfast and dinner option and we were very well fed. Homemade soups, delicious rustic Moroccan Tagines, olives on the table, hot flatbreads and local fruit. Breakfasts were omelettes or boiled eggs, pancakes, hot bread and a selection of local preserves (almond nut butter, honey, apricot jam etc) , yoghurts, cereal and the most delicious homemade orange juice. There was also coffee, hot chocolate, mint tea and other teas on tap. Our daughter does not eat meat and the staff were happy to make her vegetarian dishes. Alcohol is not available but you are welcome to bring your own. We tended to have our G&Ts in our room before supper while playing cards and the staff were happy to chill out tonic in their fridge. The staff were very helpful in showing you various walks and arranging guides to take you on specific walks. They even arranged mules for my husband and me as we were not as fit as our children. All prices were very reasonable. It was a magical few days for us spent in the most spectacular scenery. I wish all the staff at the Riad much success for their future. They work very hard at making your time spent with them special for you.

Could not fault anything about this stay/break. This was not our normal destination/type of holiday but we are so pleased we took the leap of faith. The hotel is in a beautiful location with stunning views of Imlil and the mountains and is a perfect spot for the hikers and explorers of the world. The staff in the hotel are so friendly, polite and the service was a well oiled machine. It was amazing to be served breakfast and tea without having to think about meal choices. You have what they cook and it was all lovely, no harsh spices or really strong flavours that could put people off (we are definitely not fussy eaters though). The rooms were very traditional, comfortable and, once we got the hang of the heating, very warm with the additional, provided blankets on the bed. Lovely to hear the prayer call in the early hours, was a taste of a different culture. So to sum up, a great pace to stay and explore the mountains/area, relaxing hotel to read/chill in, lovely food and service but bring sensible shoes!

I had a great stay at Atlas Prestige in Imlil. The hotel offers stunning mountain views, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and breakfast was delicious. It's perfectly located for hiking and exploring the area. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Imlil.

I could not fault this place at all! We had the most amazing time, the hotel itself is stunning, with panoramic views of the mountains. The staff were all superb, especially Youseff who made us welcome from the start, he was helpful with arranging taxis and giving local information. The food was delicious, they catered to a dairy free/vegan diet with ease, we ate every night of our stay as it was so good! I would highly recommend this place and should I go back to Morocco I would return. It felt like a home away from home

We had a wonderful stay at Atlas prestige - great location for hiking, excellent service and lovely food! All the staff were friendly and helpful, in particular our host Youseff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. He arranged a day excursion to Marrakesh/ Agafay desert and a guided hike to the Shrine sidi chamharouch which we recommend. Our hiking guide Abdu was also great and had expert knowledge of the area which really added to the experience. Would highly recommend this Riad if you’re looking to enjoy stunning scenery, access to the Atlas Mountains and immerse yourself in the Berber culture :) We hope to visit again in the future.

This was a quick end of year get away for 5 days, didn't want the madness of Marrakesh but somewhere to unwind and chill....It didn't disappoint, in fact it exceeded expectations. Arrived a tad early so we got to sit in the sunshine, drink mint tea and gaze at the stunning views until our room was ready. We loved sitting in the dining room warmed by the log burner eating a substantial breakfast or a delicious 3 course evening meal. During the day we walked or sat on the veranda reading our books....It was one of the greatest chilled holidays ever (especially as it was -3 one evening!). I'd thoroughly recommend - thanks guys for a great trip :)

Spent 3 nights at Atlas Prestige, ideal place as a base for hiking in the local area. Yousef was an excellent host, we arrived mid afternoon as a party of four, and it was no trouble to provide us with a late lunch. The good rooms each had a terrace overlooking the valley. The food was very good and plentiful, served in an intimate dining area. Yousef was very helpful in checking our transfer back to the airport, and even made sure we could we could have breakfast before we left at 6.30.
