Hotel Roc Illetas & Spa

Excellent service! People working there were very nice, breakfast was awesome and the pool next to the sea is perfect. I will repeat without any doubt!

Не люблю я ставить все 5-ки в оценке, но в случае с этим отелем не могу не поставить. Езжу не первый год и отель становится все лучше. Спасибо всему персоналу и отдельное спасибо Линде! Все работает хорошо. В этом году еще лучше, чем в прошлом. Ресторан очень изменился в лучшую сторону. Отдельная благодарность шеф-повару!

We have just returned from a fabulous stay here! There were 8 of us and all of us have said how lovely this hotel is. For starters, the grounds are beautiful and being right on the sea is a bonus. A couple of us had the premium sea view rooms on floor 7 and we would 100% recommend those if you want a slightly larger room/bed/bathroom (we would only book these again when we return). Pros: - Branded alcohol such as Malibu/Bacardi - Soft drinks such as Coca Cola comes in glass bottles, meaning drinks didn’t taste watered down or were a cheaper substituted brand. - Really good cocktails, they can also make any cocktail non-alcoholic if you ask! - They provide beach towels at a deposit of €10 per person (good when you only have hand luggage!) - Good breakfast selection - Really comfy beds, very good rainfall shower with Rituals body wash in the premium rooms (not sure about other room types) - 20 minutes from Palma airport - Public bus direct into Palma - Stunning views - Friendly staff - Mini mart opposite the hotel for snacks I could go on, but these are just a few! Just to note the Premium sea view room bathrooms are separated by a glass wall with a frosted privacy part throughout the middle of the glass, check photos on their website before booking. This didn’t bother us. Cons: - Pool area can get quite crowded (especially by the sea) - Sometimes the lift did not work (not an issue for us as we didn’t mind taking the stairs) - Air con either too strong or not strong enough - Lots of stairs! - not really the hotels fault more the nature of the building - but just be aware! - Feels like a bit of a maze at first. If you are looking for a nice little mini break, I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel and is set in a lovely quiet location but not too far away from Palma etc the no4 bus service to Palma is very good with bus stop outside the hotel. Great choice of food at the buffet and salad bar was excellent. On first impressions I would say the hotel is deservedly of its 4*, reception foyer area was lovely and services they offered and the hotel, but the hotel lacks some TLC and looks tired in alot of the public areas, our room for instance 707 the balcony ballastraide was loose, H&S issue and not a good impression which was felt in other areas of the hotel.

They play very loud music to 11:30pm or later yet it says it’s a luxurious spa hotel. The main hotel has another building in front of it meaning all the balconies are very overlooked. Very limited paid for parking. Amenities are all quite tired compared to how it looks online. 10 euros for a towel (deposit) and paid for machine coffee by the hotel desk. You need a car to get around. Really disappointing for the price.

Quite possibly the most gorgeous hotel I’ve stayed in due to the incredible setting. It’s nestled inbetween a tiny cove and another hotel which shares the cove. I would definitely recommend this hotel, the staff were super friendly and all in all very positive! The rooms are a little dated and plain but you do not choose this hotel for the room, and spend very limited time in the room. You can get a bus for 2 euro into Palma which we did most nights, and then got an Uber back for around 18 euro as there isn’t a huge amount to do in the immediate area. The sunbeds are limited and the sun does go around 3pm due to the trees and buildings, but you can go up to the solarium (if there’s a bed spare). The resteraunt has stunning views over the beach and breakfast is also great. My whole family said they’d book to go back next year, which I think says it all!

Lovely hotel in beautiful setting- we had a junior suite and the facilities were amazing- with an outstanding view! Staff lovely and helpful and really keen to please. Shout out to the reception staff who gave the warmest welcome in Mallorca and to Ross in the bar who was friendly professional and helpful. Food outstanding- we had half board and there was so much choice with chef-led cooking stations. Only a very small criticism- the service in buffet restaurant in the evening was poor - all that is needed is quick seating, water and drinks order taken and brought promptly as guests do the rest since it’s a buffet. Guests get cranky when left sitting unattended and I saw staff miss out on lots of tips as a result. Overall will definitely visit again- great experience!

From the moment we arrived to our departure we were treated with the utmost care and attention! Total credit to all the staff who genuinely looked like they enjoyed working here from reception , front of house , maintenance, spa, housekeeping , lifeguard,chefs, bar staff it made our holiday knowing you were happy and nothing was too much trouble the food was delicious & plentiful along side the array of well stocked bar including my favourite Pacharan x To arrive at a hotel that provided all of the above as well as robes, slippers ,toiletries , towels , coffee machine and that were replenished as soon as you required , what more could you want . Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer which was a first for us to admit because we are usually ready to head home. It is hard to see how this hotel can possibly claim to be 4*. The rooms are seriously dated and the ageing air con system is on its knees. Every night was incredibly stuffy, and with the awful beds we really struggled to sleep for the whole stay. The pools are small but well kept, with a lovely view. Better for those who prefer sea swimming. The terrace and restaurants are nice enough but the service is painfully slow. Our party gave up and went elsewhere on several occasions. The staff do their best but you just can't polish a turd. This is seriously overpriced for what you get.
