Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This newly renovated home is a perfect spot for visiting family or exploring the local attractions. We have a large open concept living, kitchen, and dinning area. We are located 30 miles from the Baseball Hall of Fame, 35 miles from the Turning Stone Casino, 10 miles from the Herkimer Diamond mines, and the beautiful sights of the Adirondack Mountains are located in our back yard. 3-Day Stay

Great stay for avoiding hotels
This was a great way for a group of friends, in the area for a convention, to spend more time together and avoid staying in hotels. There was an abundance of towels, dishes, seating, etc.! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, comfy home
Since there were nine family members traveling from Massachusetts to a wedding in Herkimer, NY, staying together at this VRBO home in the nearby town of Ilion made sense. This home had all the amenities and more, it looked to have been recently renovated, and was perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Quick getaway

Great Time
The house was very clean and accommodated our every need. The ONLY issue that all of us agreed that needed to be addressed BEFORE someone gets hurt is the FIRST step outside going into the house. If you are entering the house the first time when it is dark, it is a definite tripping hazard and you need to remember it EVERY time.
Otherwise everything was outstanding and we all will recommend to our friends and will book in the future.

Cooperstown Weekend
Fathers and sons trip to the area for Cooperstown’s Memorial Day weekend activities. Property is within 40 minutes of Cooperstown. Plenty of food and grocery choices located nearby, in a quaint and quiet town. The house is located in an up and coming neighborhood and definitely stands out among its neighbors. The house has been beautifully remodeled and was perfect, with plenty of space, for our group of 10. Thank you for a great experience!
