Avoid this place at all costs! The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. The entire experience was a complete waste of time and money. I would never recommend this spa to anyone seeking relaxation or quality service. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Worst place I have ever been to they allow their guest to be assaulted without helping them at all and one police came to Testimonies and review camera footage cameras did not work And the workers there testimonies were against us While we were the ones being assaulted

My stay at this hotel was an absolute disaster. From the moment we arrived, the staff was rude, and we had to wait over an hour to check into our room, even though we arrived on time. The room was tiny, poorly cleaned, and had a musty smell. The furniture was old and damaged, the bed linens were stained, and the bathroom was far from hygienic – mold in the shower and a broken faucet. The breakfast was disappointing: poorly presented food, barely any variety, and much of it was not fresh. The buffet was not replenished on time, and the few warm dishes were lukewarm at best. While the hotel’s location may be central, the surroundings were noisy and dirty. It was impossible to sleep at night due to the street noise, which the poorly insulated windows couldn’t block out. The promised air conditioning didn’t work, and the fan was so loud it was unusable. Additionally, the advertised amenities, such as a fitness room and pool, were either closed or in terrible condition. The customer service was just as bad as everything else. Complaints were ignored, and it felt like the staff didn’t care about the guests at all. Conclusion: This hotel doesn’t deserve any stars. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone. Save your money and look for a place that at least meets basic standards.

When my brother encountered problems, the staff's inhospitable attitude was evident. They displayed no understanding, empathy, or effort to resolve the situation. Requests for assistance were ignored, and promises to address the issue were left unfulfilled.

Rude staff and garabage room service, no control of the hotel, such as people fighting screaming, bad intentioned staff and people. Food was alright and everything but overall very bad experinces and not great at all, not worth the 1000 euros at all.

It was a horrible experience. The place is dirty the staff are rude. They do not care for their customers and treat people very poorly. As a tourist you will not feel safe here. Spend our money elsewhere. The management doesn't take complaints seriously and do not care.
