Lobide oda verdiler. Sabaha kadar masa koltuk sandalye çekilme gürültüsünden uyuyamadım. Yemekler lezzetsiz.

Es ist eine schöne Anlage zum erholen und die Lage ist schön zentral.

Where do I even begin? This hotel was an absolute disgrace from the moment I walked in. The staff were rude, cold, and acted like basic hospitality was too much to ask. Not even a hello, not even a smile — just pure attitude and disrespect. Now the Wi-Fi? Total scam. You have to pay extra for it — and it doesn’t even work. I paid for internet and literally couldn’t even load a single page. Slow, unstable, useless. When I asked about it, they didn’t care at all. “Not our problem.” Disgusting. This place is a joke. Zero service. Zero comfort. Zero professionalism. If you care about your dignity and peace of mind, DO NOT stay here. I would rather sleep at the train station than spend another night in that dump.

The worst hotel Iv been too Staff were very rude Didnt communicate properly ignored us. My room Socket caught on fire told the staff they said “its fine let the hotel burn”🥲 Staff shouted at my mum and attacked my family. A lot of broken things in the rooms. The only thing that was good was our representative Sevkan From Love Holiday He helped us so much and Made the holiday outside the hotel So good The best Rep we Could’ve had. i had Food poisoning and He stayed With me Looked after me while my family was Out. The Only person that made the experience a bit better for us. ❤️ Couldnt Recommend him enough

Bar staff giving certain people priority. Unfortunately this seems to be just the bar staff upstairs next to reception. It seems to be a very standard thing that is expected by management to accommodate Germans everybody else is expected to queue orderly which is good but the Germans are allowed to go straight to the front ??. Unfortunately if you are brave enough to say something about this you will be treated like you are the one in the wrong!! so just remember on this occasion the Germans come first not second.
