Paloma Oceana

My family and I have just returned from a weeks stay and we have had the best time. I traveled with my sons 7 and 12 and my husband and brother. From the first moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome by the hotel receptionist. Our room was a very large size and was absolutely spotless, the adjoining room was perfect for us with having a teenager in toe. The room also had a fridge which was stocked every morning with cokes, fantas, waters and beers etc which was included in the price. Our room was cleaned every day to a really high standard. Every member of staff was so friendly, so hard working and couldn't do enough for their guests. The service we received was outstanding and consistent all week. The food choices were really good for an all inclusive and tasted great. There was even an option to go to three different la carte restaurants on site again included in the price. The house wine was very good and all drinks were branded and lots of cocktail and moocktail options. I would book the la carte restaurants as soon as you arrive though as they get booked up quickly. The indoor pool was great and very well used as we went out of season so it was too cold for the outdoor pool. They aslo had a childrens play area and lots of sporting activities. The hotel is situated right next to lots of markets, shops and cafes etc and a tax rank right opposite. We used the taxi service a few times and they were very reliable and it was a good price. My husband and I used the spa which was fantastic and I would highly recommend the Turkish bath and full body massage. Well worth the money we paid. The hotel is also a beach front and there is a bar where you can order drinks and food to have on beach. The hotel has its own cats so if you love cats this is your hotel. My son even got over his fear of cats and was cuddling them by the end of the holiday. To be honest we are struggling to find anything negative to say about this hotel. We wouldn't hesitate to come back and next time we would like to come in season as I'm sure it would be even more amazing with the sun shining. Thanks so much Paloma Oceana for a perfect holiday.

We’ve just returned from Paloma after a 2 week stay, starting on Christmas Day, the stay itself was very god and I would definitely return. Food was very good and plenty of choice, breakfast consisted of eggs (cooked in every way - scrambled, fried, omelette, boiled and poached), salad, cold selection of meats, cheeses, cereals, yoghurts, pastries and plenty of fresh bread along with many, many more things. Lunches were amazing lots of different dishes daily, meat, veg, salads, pizza, fresh grilled items and again, fresh bread and 2 soups. Dinner was the same style as lunch but always had different dishes on so you didn’t get that Deja vu feeling. There was even late night snacks from 11pm-1am if you fancied something after a drink which mainly consisted of 2 soups, bread, desserts and 4 hot dishes, one was always rice. We booked in at Avare indoor which was incredible! Could not fault the food or the staff there, it was truly amazing. The beach bar was amazing too, the food was very good especially the pizza as it was all fresh. The only downside was that the food was never really hot, in the main restaurant, it was always lukewarm and sometimes cold, it was very disappointment for a 5* hotel. The rooms were spacious and kept extremely clean throughout our stay, the cleaner was amazing and always smiled and said good morning when we saw her. She even made my night clothes in to little shapes every morning which always made me chuckle. The pillows left a lot to be desired even after having additional ones sent to the room. They definitely needed replacing as a whole. There was lovely shampoo, body wash and conditioner supplied by the hotel which was refilled when we needed it and also, there were cotton bud, cotton pads and hand soap supplied. The real highlight of the whole hotel were the staff. They were constantly going the extra mile to make the stay memorable, once we had been there for a few days they even knew our drinks order and the table service felt like a real luxury. We were constantly greeted with a warm smile. Especially those who were in the Piano bar, the bar staff were 10/10 and the waiters/waitresses were amazing. The hotels clientele made the stay uncomfortable sometimes, being about the only British people there we did feel out of place and made to feel it by the people holidaying there! I found them to be very rude throughout. There are definitely things that could be done to improve the hotel and truly make it a 5*, as it stands I would say it’s a good 4* with great potential, however like I said I would definitely return!

What can I say...we had a amazing experience,hotel clean,staff amazing will go to lengths to keep you happy. Shame the weather wasn't better as would of loved to of used the outdoor pool..but the indoor one was just as good,especially it being right near the spa..oh the massages was immense and the hamman..wow.. The food was great so much to choose from and was fresh..now if you don't like cats don't come here, this was the highlight of the holiday... CATS... loved it you was never far from a furry friend,they are so well looked after by a majority of people (was some being unpleasant towards them) Wasn't many of us English here but some of the German holiday makers made a effort to spark up conversation and it showed language has no barriers..

An amazing holiday with family and friends. The staff at this hotel cannot do enough for the guests particularly animation, restaurant and bar staff. They welcome you, remember names and faces and are very attentive. Emre took the time to get to know our group, encouraged the children (and adults) to join in with the animation activities and made sure the children had the best time. Cilem worked so hard at the aqua bar to make sure you had a wonderful time during the evening entertainment. The live singers and beach party was fantastic and the views and atmosphere from the rooftop bar was incredible. A la cartes were delicious and again service great! Water sports, spa experiences, photographs all available and easy to access but the staff not too pushy in trying to get you to buy things. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families!

Just done 11 nights at this hotel. And the whole hotel is fantastic. I don't understand why people give negative reviews. All the staff went above and beyond. Emre was great fun and made an effort with the kids, cilem on an evening worked her socks off and you never waited long for her to bring you a drink. The staff down at the beach bar were equally as amazing. All the a la cartes were really good, but my favourite had to be the curio (steak paid for) and the quentine, especially the veal was outstanding. Yes the buffet can be a bit samey but definitely can always find fresh cooked delicious food in there. The best bar has to be the rooftop lounge bar above the buffet restaurant. The views, the cocktails are amazing. I never normally go back to the same hotel but wouldn't discount coming back here. The only downside would be the rooms but they are clean but not overly big but that didn't bother us as we only slept in there and to get ready. I would 100% recommend this hotel. Oh and the evening entertainment was among the best I've seen at all inclusives. Thank you again to paloma oceana and all the amazing staff. They are definitely a credit to this hotel.

Absolute fantastic holiday with family and close friends, all the staff were great. Entertainment shows was great 11/10 for Emre with darts, he made our entertainment great. Good food, nice service and all staff was friendly amazing weather we would come back.
