Room has not have intercom to call on reception or services, parking charges apply after 9am which wasn’t clear when booking room, kettle was not working,no glass given for water, light was broken.

Avoid this hotel! The rooms smell bad, with old and stained carpets on the floor. The sheets in my room were dirty, and appeared blood stained. The room was not cleaned once during our 4 day stay, even though I put out the sign on the door requesting for new towles etc. Neither were dirty towles collected, leaving them in a wet pile in the bathroom. Next to the hotel is a 4-lane motorway, and the noise makes it impossible to sleep, sounds like the cars are driving straight through your room. There was no handsoap in my bathroom, I had to ask several times monday-wednesday, before they actually refilled it. There’s no mini-fridge in the rooms, and no safe to keep passports etc. I do not reccomend this place, it is not worth the money at all. It’s dirty and noisy.

Traffic noise was behond a joke, it was like sleeping in the middle of a roundabout! Noise from the ground floor gym, tired and dated fixtures, no usb and no bedside power sockets. Price was reasonable for the reasons mentioned above.

Very good experience overall. Staff members provided excellent assistance at all times, especially Laura and Alina who were very friendly and helpful. Clean room and a lovely location with shops and food just around the corner. Will surely love to come back here again. Great deal for the price.
