Location is very good and there is easy access to twelve seater Urbania. The welcome was very warm and all staff at reception were very warm and friendly. We were feeling well at home as everything about getting settled and luggage placement were meticulously taken care of by the team of young energetic men and women. We were accompanied to our three rooms by a very friendly lady staff. Jeep ride to the cave rooms was an exciting initiation. At short notice Mr. Unni arranged for an XUV for night ride to Munnar town. Breakfast and dinner were of five star quality with a gorgeous spread of delicious items for Indian and continental palate. The rooms, toilets and sheets and towels were clean and neat. Special thanks to the staff and management, especially to Mr. Hussein, Mr.Titus, and the CEO Mr. Prakash Parekkattil. We decided to indulge in the Ayurvedic spa, and we were fortunate to have Sebha and Sharath take care of us throughout the entire experience. Their expertise and attention to detail made the session truly special. The entire session was incredibly rejuvenating and deeply relaxing, helping us unwind both physically and mentally. We left feeling completely refreshed, revitalized, and at peace, thanks to their skillful and attentive care.
