One of the beat resorts that Club Mahindra has. I have been to many CM resorts but this one is by far the best of them. Thanks to the reception who were very thoughtful considering a senior citizen travelling with us, they provided the best view room which has beautiful view of Lake, mountains and the tea plantation. Restaurants is good they provided us with Jain food which had a good taste. Rooms are clean and well kept. I think the shuttle frequency could be increased so that the wait time is reduced. Overall a great experience so far.

Great resort for a wonderful stay. The location is fantastic overlooking Anariyankal dam and mornings view is superb. The in housing dining is good and the service is great. However the road leading to the resort and inside the resort is pathetic

Good experience and hospitality with Management. Nice location and view where the hotel is situated. Thanks ot M/S Baby for the good support and services. Word of advice, monkeys are the issue, so don't keep the window open, so that it may enter.

Beware before purchasing club mahindra membership. In the past, whenever we have tried to book they don't have rooms available. Previously they did not allow us to book 2 rooms together and we had to escalate the matter. . Because of all this for 2 years we decided not to renew it and did not use their membership. Their sales person kept hounding us with calls for a year with multiple offer and schemes. After we renewed now they have a new catch. We are planning a 10 day trip to kerela and we want to visit 3-4 locations. They are not allowing us to book more than 3 resorts. So now even though we have days in balance we have to book some other hotel. Tried to explain to their customer service who was equally useless. Club mahindra What is the use of the paid days if we cannot book and use them when we like.

The food was luscious & full Hygeine & quality of the food was fully maintained.Also service by Mr.Brijesh Pandit ( f& b) captain was excellent 👌👌👌👌👌 felt best experience here & definitely like to come again to have such good hospitality .

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Housekeeping service were quick and excellent service by baby and sheena team

Upkeep and maintenance of the resort is falling. The house keeping is not upto the standard of reputation of Club Mahindra. There is careless in provision of normal facilities as per the usual yardstick. Fridge was not provided in 1BR apartment despite the reminder. Basic toilet papers were insufficient. Fused bulb in bathroom got replaced. Hygiene is poor in main dining hall. Flies were observed. Being Club Mahindra member I felt sorry state of affairs. Resort needs much improvement.

Munnar itself is like a gem of views all around and if you get that view from your room itself, its like you get all that you are looking for in Munnar. The valley with tea plantation, the lake, the greenery, fresh air. The best resort in Munnar. I stayed in 1 BR for 3 nights 1st night was in internal location however on my request they shifted me to valley view. As its a wide spread resort on mountain, I have to clim a few stairs to reach or come down from my room. but its okay. They have buggy once you are on the road. The food quality is good. The amenities are good as per the location. Kids area is good but need some maintenance. The checkin and checkout was smooth. They helped me with good food package for all the 3 days. They are short of staff, which effect their inroom dining as I have to wait almost 80 mins for my dinner the 1st night. Housekeeping was wonderful and quick.

We had booked 3 rooms 2 BR and 1 studio rooms. The weather in the night was so cold around 16-17 Degree. Rooms were Good. Even the studio room were spacious only issue was we had to wait for 15-20 for the boggy to come, since to rooms were far. Will never forget Johny . Next day visit tea museum and the church in Munnar. Also there in a Botanical Garden.
