Mirage World Hotel - All Inclusive

Mirage World was not our choice of hotel but did get placed here due to our original hotel having an early closure. The hotel is located in a great spot walking distance from the beach shops,restaurants and bars and a quick hop onto the bus into town. The grounds are lovely and kept clean and tidy. The disappointment started when arriving at our room which catered for a family of four. Our tooth brush holder was thick of mould which had clearly been sat there for a very long time which was also cracked. Half a toilet roll which had been used from the previous guests i understand waste but there was no replacement which continued through to the whole week we had no toilet paper we asked reception which they brought us one but none for the rest of the holiday we had to buy some from the shops. Air con and tv both broken pieces just left on top of both devices. Windows were cracked and broken and skirting boards broken and rotten and mould just painted over on the walls, the sofa bed was also like sleeping on a rock. Cleanliness of our room did not improve as all the cleaner did was replace the towels and re use our bed sheets that we had for the whole week no mopping or wiping down was done or cutlery taken from our room, could not walk on the room floor at the end of the week without shoes very disappointed. The best feature of the room was the mini fridge. Male staff had made me feel very uncomfortable as were constantly staring at me approaching me whispering in my ears and asking for my social media accounts and would go in for inappropriate hugs touching my waist telling me how beautiful i am and they really like me. This made me not want to visit the bars and eating spots being starred at and talked about while eating not an enjoyable experience i was also asked to go for a walk with security when he finished his shift i do not feel this is a safe environment for females. Food was also very disappointing as the same stuff was put out daily very bland none tasteful repeated food ended up eating out. The hotel grounds itself had lots to offer from massages,tattoo shop,supermarket and shisha rental the entertainment team were fantastic every night and great with the children its a shame other areas has really let down this hotel would not re visit.

I went to Mirage World on 20th of September to 30th September may I saw wow .This was my third visit to this hotel and it improves each time though I don’t know of any faults myself.The hotel staff are the friendliest people you could meet who go out of their way to help you.Bar staff were all new and very nice though odd occasion my only fault was some of the girls were rude but nothing major. Hotel shop was very nice and helpful as always the last of all the entertainment staff Alex,Freddie ,Selda ,Lena.Jimmy and Jack were outstanding once again the time and effort theee guys put in to the shows and entertainment and clubs throughout the day is what made my holiday so enjoyable keep up your hard work guys I will certainly be back xx Until next time xx

Amazing hotel! Lovely rooms, fantastic entertainment, great food and even better staff. Tyson, what a man! Always made an effort to come over and have a chat, made us feel very welcome. The photographer- i definitely recommend booking a photoshoot with him. Will 100% be returning!!!

Great spa, staff & restaurant, Tyson was really helpful and friendly, and made an effort everyday to check in on us Nice beach and walking distance to Marmaris for experiences and nights out, but the hotel and Icmeler had more than enough to do. Turkish Bath & massage was a highlight!

HORRENDOUS!! Dirty You will get poisoned by the food. Rudeeeee stafff Very POOR ROOMS they will put you in camps beds and very dirty mattress. The area are very bad as well the people will keep calling you to get you into the shops and Restaurants.

Only real flaws with the Hotel were: - WiFi (very much hit & miss) - Food was very repetitive Things we liked: - 24/7 Shop, Miami was a great bloke & helpful - AnimationTeam - Friendly and not pushy so your choice Join In or Not - Restaurant Staff generally friendly. 1 Tall Gentleman (whom unfortunately I didn’t get the name of was a pleasure) - Bar Staff pleasant but really need more on at times as run ragged. - Tattoo Shop very clean & the Gents working extremely nice Guys (was a pleasure to sit and chat with them). - Spa / Turkish Baths were very clean and Staff friendly. - Last but not least “Charlie” (or as I named “Dell Boy”) was an absolute Gent, friendly, helpful and just an out right nice guy.
