Mirage World Hotel - All Inclusive

HORRENDOUS!! Dirty You will get poisoned by the food. Rudeeeee stafff Very POOR ROOMS they will put you in camps beds and very dirty mattress. The area are very bad as well the people will keep calling you to get you into the shops and Restaurants.

Only real flaws with the Hotel were: - WiFi (very much hit & miss) - Food was very repetitive Things we liked: - 24/7 Shop, Miami was a great bloke & helpful - AnimationTeam - Friendly and not pushy so your choice Join In or Not - Restaurant Staff generally friendly. 1 Tall Gentleman (whom unfortunately I didn’t get the name of was a pleasure) - Bar Staff pleasant but really need more on at times as run ragged. - Tattoo Shop very clean & the Gents working extremely nice Guys (was a pleasure to sit and chat with them). - Spa / Turkish Baths were very clean and Staff friendly. - Last but not least “Charlie” (or as I named “Dell Boy”) was an absolute Gent, friendly, helpful and just an out right nice guy.

Arrived at the hotel at 11pm Turkey time (12hours after we’d left our house in the uk after travel etc) was an incredibly long day, stood waiting to check in for a while for someone to be available to take us to our room. Finally checked in our room and noticed there were ants crawling literally everywhere. My mother went to reception and complained, was advised someone would be up in 30 minutes. 40 minutes later no one arrived so I went down to reception and asked for it to be sorted and stayed till I actively saw them on their phone to another member of staff saying it would be sorted right away. They then five minutes later sent two boys up with some chemicals… these were unlabelled… no has markings, absolutely nothing on the bottle and just started spraying random chemicals in an unventilated room which is beyond stupid. Angrily marched to reception whilst my mum attempted to stop these boys spraying further chemicals all over the floor. Reception quite frankly refused to do anything and their answer was the managers at home so there is nothing they can do. I asked for a has sheet or MSDS sheet or any explanation of the name of the chemicals they were spraying, this was not received or name given at all, after 10 minutes of arguing about the lack of safety the reception staff admitted that the chemicals were a little bit dangerous but they still refused to do anything so I stood and quite literally told the staff I wouldn’t move till they phoned management at home and switched our rooms as I was not sleeping in an unventilated room, partially covered in chemicals and partially covered in ants. After 30 minutes of refusing to move from reception and refusing to let them deal with any other holiday goers (apologies to them) our room was finally switched as we were put in a room of someone arriving in a couple of hours so clearly someone else was due to stay in a room sprayed with god knows what chemicals and ants potentially still crawling about. Whilst in reception awaiting to have our room changed there were multiple people complaining about unclean rooms, unmade beds, fresh sheets as the ones on their bed were filthy, others complaint their door could be pushed open with a key as the frames were broken and they wanted to move rooms which I imagine were told the same as me after having to prove the problem which is hilarious cos you wouldn’t be down in reception literally 10-20 minutes after checking in if there wasn’t a problem. The rooms were dirty when we got into our second one but by this point it was gone midnight and the mud on the floor was the least of our problems. Then noticed the beds had ripped bedsheets on them which should have been thrown away years ago. Most hotels also give top sheets and not just a horrible scratchy blanket. The block C is in serious serious need of repairs the paint is ruined throughout the whole place, the metal runners in between the carpets are broken and a health hazard due to the potential f

Great location, hotel has chioce of 4 pools and different entertainment each night. The entertainmemt team are fabulous and very friendly they made our stay really enjoyable for all the family, they have  great day entertainment aswel, our kids loved it. Jack Fred and Selda great team. Rooms have great aircon and suits for a family of 4. The pools (4) of them give you a different vibe at each one. Need a shaded sunbed you need to be up early. We were a family of 4 staying in D block view was of mountain side very peacful xxx Close to all bars resturants and beach.

Arrived last Wednesday feeling excited we got private transfer which was nice and then we arrived 12 midnight shattered no food or drink was left for us but restaurants outside still open , the room was small and the boys were put on a double sofa bed they had to share with ants unfortunately the air con wasn’t working so went to see about another room the next morning we was woken up by very loud booming music which we thought ok we can cope with that, unfortunately u can’t escape the booming music from 10am til 12 midnight in the new room it was more spacious we went for breakfast and it was rank so went to the bar next to hotel were the food was lovely , we went on the slides which were good but no sunbeds left or shade to get out the hot sun, second day we went on a boat ride out all day then back to the hotel later we went for dinner as if u go early there’s a lot of pushing in queing etc we got our food then realised u have to que for drinks meanwhile dodging being stung by the wasps their was existing food left on the floor for the ants I think but we left the food and ate out day 3 morning we talked to the manager about our issues were we was told we could have any upgrade in the hotel but by now we felt it wasn’t for us n checked out luckily we found a lovely small & friendly which we have regrets not booking first , we paid over £3000 for a week but it was carnage the whole place needs upgrading including management I just want to say this hotel wasn’t for us but might be different for u good luck

Not a hotel for anyone over 70 years of age, two tiers and no one at reception told us there was a lift. Very few English and 50% of one particular nationality who were rude and very in your face. Hotel food was poor and even the omelettes prior to cooking had flies swimming in them. Cats everywhere and because dining room was not big enough we had to eat outside which was a nightmare, cats hair on the seats, wasps swarming around and the tables were never cleaned ready for the next meal. Didn’t matter where you were located music was extremely loud most nights. The bedrooms weren’t as posted online, very small, only a wardrobe which was tall and not suitable for a smaller person to access, lack of draw space and very cramped bedroom. No English tea so and to purchase some and luckily I had taken my green tea which was wasted in the very small cups supplied. Bar at restaurant was closed for cleaning between 6.30 and 7.00 so a dinner drink had to be picked up and carried from another location. Pool rules weren’t followed not that the sign was very prominent. Only decent swim was first thing in the morning. Small children were in the larger pool unaccompanied and not all parents bothered with them. Some reception staff were not helpful and some were. Cleaning of the rooms wasn’t done everyday unless you made a fuss which in view of their toilet paper arrangement was unacceptable. We made the most of it and enjoyed our holiday but we definitely won’t be returning. Water was supplied in the room everyday if we had it cleaned. The safe cost £42 for the two week stay and not refundable, this safe was on the floor of the wardrobe and not easy to access. The best food was the bread which was exceptional. However the food was never very warm and cold by the time you finished eating.
