Otel ***et guzeldi. Fiyat/Performans oteli. Gereksinimlerinizi ***et karsiliyor. Denizi ve lokasyonu cok guzel. Yemeklerde ***et basarili. Eksi yani: Sahil kucuk ve sezlong sayisi bazen yetersiz kaliyor. Calisan genclerde biraz tebessum etse iyi olur diye düşünüyorum. Tatile geldik somurtkan personel moral bozabiliyor)))

Bayram tatilinin yoğunluğuna rağmen personel ilgili, nazik ve çözüm odaklıydı. Otelin konumu ve yemekleri çok iyi, akşamları yemek sonrası sahil boyunca yürüyerek çevredeki canlı müzikli mekanları keşfetmesi güzel. Plaja yakınlığı büyük artı ancak kahvaltıdan sonra boş şezlong bulmak zor.

Don't know where all the bad reviews come from. We spent a week here last week and we could not fault it. Food, location, room & staff were more than we could have hoped for the price we paid. Would definately go back. It was the end of season but weather was the icing on a delicious cake.

We arrived for a cheap getaway for some winter sun. This hotel was advertised as a 4* adults only hotel - this is NOT a 4* and not adults only as there were a few crying babies staying. We checked in and were taken to our room on the first floor which is best to be described as basic - it is what we expected for the price we paid. The room was fairly clean and towels were replenished daily and the bed was made up. The bathroom was basic but had a working shower and toilet. We went down to the “restaurant” to grab something to eat before heading out to explore the area. The food was awful and inedible- the “meat” was cold and salty, chips were stone cold and the salads looked like they had been sat out all day. The hotel did have a microwave you could use to heat up the “food”. Each meal time was the same and we ended up not eating a meal for the duration of our stay. During the afternoons you could grab a burger and chips from outside - again, awful and literally inedible - the burgers were cold and tasted like wet cardboard - avoid! The bar was outside and it’s the only bar in the hotel. The bar is manned by what can only be described as a letchy man - as a female he made me feel very uncomfortable ordering drinks so sent my husband for the remainder of our stay. The pool looked good but unfortunately was never used as the hotel is in the shade for the majority of the day along with the 10 sun-loungers. The hotel has a section of the beach opposite - this was vile! It was filthy and full of fag butts. The sun loungers are all crammed in leaving very little space in between people - like the hotel, the beach was also in the shade for the majority of the day - we ended up walking to a better beach around the corner “coco beach” which was fantastic and we loved Messi who served us drinks throughout the day. We had very low expectations of our stay and unfortunately the hotel, food and drinks were worse than expected. I wouldn’t stay here again and I would recommend people to avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all cost ! This hotel is disgusting with rude and abusive staff that scream in your face when you ask for a simple service. Staff pretend they don’t speak English to avoid serving or helping you with requests. No manager to speak to at any points during the day or night. Food is not all inclusive- you are given the same three dishes every day and night. Food is warmed up from the night before and is not edible if there is any left. Rooms are dirty with uncomfortable beds, dirty showers and rubbish left outside rooms.

After reading mixed reviews we were not expecting much from this hotel, but i have to say it was worse than expected. The rooms are disgusting and the owner of this hotel should be ashamed. One bedside table covered in marks, and the so called sideboard just the same, filthy. No fan in the toliet. A shower that was cold most of the time. The bed headboard if you call call it that was a piece of cloth stapled badly over another with marks all over the walls beneath it. The food is ok at best. The hotel is badly situated and gets no sun whatsoever until about 10:30am due to its location. The pool was never used throughout our whole stay, probably due to it never seeing any sun. The guy threw bits of white granuals in every so often so that must be their idea of cleaning it. The beach is filthy and has never seen a raking and clean. If you are a single woman looking for a creepy waiter in a filthy hotel then this is the place for you. You make your holiday and we did just that by dining out every day and basically using it to get our heads down later. Never again would i saty in this dump. Looks ok from the outside but in your rooms is a different story.

Arrived at hotel at 5am to a slightly sullen receptionist , given our room keys and told we would have our welcome meeting at 9.15am. Which we did ,he sold us several trips … watch out for all the hidden extras …for example we booked to go to Ephesus & told it didn’t include the entrance fee but that was only 20€ each which we thought was fine ,it was actually 40€ but we were only told that when we were on the bus there…(along with other stops along the way that we’d have to pay extra for) You’re not even allowed to go in the gift shop! We booked to go to Cleopatra island , told it was a beautiful beach trip ….not at all , yes it looks Beautiful & you can go in the water but you’re not even allowed on the sand & you have to pay to get on the island which we weren’t told about….he didn’t tell us any of this when he was selling us trips. The hotel room needs a lot of tlc …there’s only a strip light on the wall opposite the bed that is v bright, the fridge is barely cold and v dirty/stained. We paid extra for a sea view but unfortunately we were above the dining room and so had a view of the dirty dining room roof. (Room 125) The cleaners don’t actually clean your room , just make your bed & add bottles of water/tea bags/toilet rolls. The pool area is tiny …no-one seems to use the pool for some reason. Lots of tables/chairs but only 8-10 sun beds. The beach is disgusting…with the tatty sun beds all cramped together & fag butts everywhere, it all felt very dirty. Limited food choice & a bit boring but you can always find something to eat. Only one cocktail option & all drinks in plastic beakers. Good points….location is great..near to shops & restaurants , buses are v cheap , staff were friendly , puddings were great, breakfast omelette was v good. And the bed was very comfortable. The taxi boats are great value for money too.

Disgusting place to send people yes the view is great initially put on 5th floor no.lights no lifts water logged patio gt changed to 2 and floor ryt next to the main road traffic all night dogs barking then up at 4.40 with Cockerell n traffic the food was indescribable chef came out one day did foot temp it was 43 degrees im a cook pointed out that wasn't hooted enough next day a microwave appeared the bar choices was vodka gin beer raki or Ted or white wine never been to a worse all inclusive hotel supp.osed to be a 4 star adult only break if u make noise u get told off several people being charged for dirty towels some 30 quid some 50 quid another 20 quid for hair dye on a pillowcase more like a prison wouldn't even give a 1 star
