Muy buena atención por parte del alojamiento. Muy limpio y habitaciones confortables. La ubicación no era muy buena pero con taxi todo solucionado. Cerca de la Huacachina. Recomiendo mucho este hospedaje.

위치가 조금 아쉽긴합니다. 와카치나에서 조금 애매한 거리입니다. 하지만 직원분이 굉장히 친절하셨고 바로바로 대처를 해주셔서 매우 기분좋게 묵었습니다. 청결도 또한 만족했습니다.

From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome and Luis did a great job to show us around and answer all our questions. The place is like an oasis in the desert. The onsite restaurant is fantastic and highly recommend. Clean and had all the amenities we needed. We loved that it was as a little off the beaten track from Huacachina, where we did our sand skiing, I wish we had more time to enjoy the country house. Also, it is a cheap and short cab ride to Huacachina.

I was a bit weary at first since this was listed as a hostel. However, I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Unlike most hostels, it was quiet and our family booked up half of the place. There were dogs and horses on the property, which always makes my stay better. The breakfast and service was great. Although I booked a double, they gave me a triple instead. The pool was nice and clean as well. The place is filled with lovely antiques which made it very charming.

This family-owned and run hotel is a true gem. They organised two days full of activities for us with just one day of notice, so that we could make the most of our stay in Huacachina. There are also Inca antiquities at display that the staff will happily talk to you about. Overall we had a great time here.

Our experience of this place was well beyond our expectations. This was mainly because of the fantastic hospitality provided by the owners Oscar and Luchy! The place is in an area between Ica and Huacachina. The location itself is nothing special and there are no nice places around, but we walked to Huacachina with our two kids in just under 30 minutes – and usually took a taxi back. So, if you’d like to avoid the loud an overpriced accommodation options in Huacachina, and you don’t mind walking for half an hour, then this place is the perfect alternative. Luchy’s country house has a wonderful pool which is perfect for cooling down from the hot sun you get during the day. The rest of the common areas are very charming and full of antiques. In comparison, the rooms were a bit disappointing as not always as spacious and tastefully furnished as the rest of the house. Another slight letdown about the rooms was the lack of towels. You get one towel per person, so no extra as a hand towel or floor towel for the shower. However, we found this as a very common practice in Peru. I do understand the issue of scarce water, and we make a conscious effort not to use more than we need, but an extra two towels should not cause such major damage. We also made use of their laundry service as we had been a week in Peru when we got to Luchy’s. It was not expensive, but I found it odd and unimpressive that the staff gave us our clean clothes stuffed into a couple plastic bags without any care. Whilst I was not expensive ironed clothes or the standard of a 5-star hotel, folding the clothes in a nice and tidy way would have been a nice touch. This may be more down to the staff needing more training. The owners did highlight the issues they’ve had with the lack of good staff. On the other hand, there is plenty more that is great about this place. The food, for example, is fantastic! The breakfast included in the cost of the accommodation is delicious, fresh and plentiful. We had lunch and dinner there and the food always impressed! We’d definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the dunes!

I saw some reviews that are not that good, because de placement of the hotel is creepy, or beacause the staff is not friendly. But we didn’t have this experience. The hotel look just like the photos ! The staff was always there to make our experience better. I loved the fact that there is so much animals (chicken,horses, dogs !!!) we really liked our experience at luchy’s. Amazing place which was put together with a lot of love. The staff were amazing They were so nice all the time! The food is great! You can really relax after a long day of exploring Ica. And you must pet Marco Aurelio, he is the “boss” of the house

This is a great place to stay in Ica if you’re looking for somewhere more relaxing and comfortable than the hostels at Huacachina. The accommodations were very nice and the staff were excellent and extremely helpful. They assisted us in arranging taxis and various day trips. We also enjoyed the delicious vegetarian options at the restaurant.
