An unforgettable experience, how wonderful to arrive at a place where you not only gain knowledge about pisco and its characteristics but also learn the correct way to use it. There are areas where you can relax, whether in the heated pool or on your balcony enjoying a beautiful day, they offer special attention in every corner of the Hacienda. Thank you, Antuane, Jesus, Jose, and Nicole, for the wonderful memories we take with us from this visit, and Caravedo for always supporting our foundation Ceviches with a Purpose. Note: the Chilcano class is 100% recommended.

A must do when in Perú!!! Hacienda and grounds were beautifully maintained Our guide Jesus was amazing and knowledgeable on everything about pisco.Free samples along with our tasting, were delicious adding to the experience. Highly and definitely recommend!!

I had such a great experience. The staff was really amazing and I enjoyed the overall experience. The food was really tasty and the beverages were really good. The only downside is that is 20 mins away from nearest city but that should not be a problem if you have a vehicule.

This place is magical! The grounds are beautiful and full of history.. Our guide Jesús was very knowledgeable and his enthusiasm was infectious. The pisco was top notch and we also enjoyed the canned versions of pisco cocktails that they offer. It’s a must if you are in the area.

You MUST visit the bar and ask for Javier Abregu, the best bar tender you will run into: CAMPEÓN DE COCKTELERIA CLASICA. Sign up for the Chilcano class! Javier initiates the class sharing the Chilcano’s origin, tests your memory and gives away prices. In the end you get to drink the famous refreshing Chilcano cocktail. Don’t miss it!!

Was an amazing time with family, we enjoyed the master class for preparing "Chilcano de Pisco" with the Professor Mr. Javier Abregú, who gave us the best tips for a good Chilcano!!, we appreciated his class and dedicated quality time. We also enjoyed the installations and Environment, peacefully and confortable.

Amazing place to stay with clean and beautiful facilities. The staff were always very friendly. the stay included the distillery tour which was very interesting, we learned a lot about the history of making Pisco. and also we had a Chicanos workshop. Javier from the bar was really friendly and knowledgeable. The food from the restaurant was amazing too and one of the restaurants has the view to the caballos de paso show while having lunch. Also for summer days the pool is perfect to relax. Overall highly recommend this place and would definitely come back.

The property is beautiful and a great place to relax. We loved all the installations, the bedroom was big and clean. Loved the pisco tour and tasting, as well as the chilcano class. The food was very good. I think it’s worth the price for what you receive. Totally recommended for a relaxing stay. Special thanks to our server, Carlos, who went above and beyond to make sure we have everything we needed and the bartender, Javier, who shared so many stories about pisco and the creation of Peruvian drinks an the service provided was excellent.

The Pisco tour provided in the afternoon was excellent. Jesus, our guide, infused humor and passion into the history of Pisco, making the experience engaging. The tour concluded with a delightful Pisco tasting, adding an extra layer of fun to the journey.
