Good hotel, room always kept clean and tidy, fresh towels every day, free safe, fridge and beds made. The only issue was that the frames that the matress was supported were very creaky. At first, i thought the matresses had years of pounding but realised the frames could be lifted up like hospital beds and discovered it was the frames making the creaking sound and not the mattress..pheeww It's still very bad, though! Breakfast had a decent selection, but hot food was cold, so I got a bit fed up eating cold beans every morning. Food during the day was excellent. If you plan to have a pool day, then a large bed costs 60 euros for 2 people, but you get that back from ordering food and drink from the bar. Well worth it. Across the board, i could not fault the hotel teams. They work very hard and are always at hand if you need anything. Lady who worked breakfast was lovely, and the bar staff offered compensation for booking a large bed, but couldn't use it as it rained most of the day, i appreciated the gesture. The morning that we were heading home was a letdown as there was a group of people drinking and being extremely loud in the bar area at 6 in the morning. Not good staff should have dealt with it.

Chilled and relaxing hotel where the staff are friendly and helpful. Lynda, on reception was warm and welcoming and very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was always clean with a wonderful smell as you walked in! Very central location.

Me and my partner had the best time at this hotel, the staff were all really lovely and rooms were always spotless clean. The food is 10/10 and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Ibiza in the playa de Bossa area, really close to all bars and restaurants and beach front a really short walk. To top it off it was made extra special by Blanca and the Bossa team, Blanca was in touch with my partner before our arrival in Ibiza and set up the room on our first night to come back too after our engagement, just a huge thank you to Blanca and the team as you made the end of my night extra special. We came as a little last minute girls holiday (just the two of us) before my friend went travelling, i let the hotel know the occasion and they left us a lovely little message in the room on our arrival congratulating her on her next journey along with some little bits. As we booked it last minute we got a good cheap deal but our expectations weren't too high but we was amazed. The staff were so accommodating and friendly and really did an amazing job. We had heard good things about the breakfast and they were completely right. Had a wide selection from english breakfast ingredients, fruit bar, confectionery and pastries. The lovely chef was also stood behind the counter ready for anyone that wanted an omelette. They also had wide variety of drinks including a bowl full of fruits and a juicer to make your own too. The room was cosy and couldn’t fault it. There’s also about 5/6 day beds that get the sun all day. The day beds were €30 per person and you got that money back in food and drinks which we did both days as if you’re around the pool drinking and eating all day it only made sense to us personally. However we didn’t see any signs and not many people knew about this so possibly could put a sign next to them with the information just to save themselves time going back and fourth informing people. The food was good and would 100% recommend the club sandwich & the nachos as they’re big portions. Overall we had a lovely stay and couldn’t have faulted it!!
