Ibiza Heaven Apartments

Definitely recommend this place if you are staying in Ibiza - prices are reasonable and the location is great (close to the airport and Playa den bossa), it has a pool, and bar service, all you need really! Pamela and the staff are really helpful, and accommodating during our stay. My partner uses a wheelchair and the staff made sure we got a ground floor accessible room (the bad thing is that the shower doors were quite narrow) but the bathroom toilet had support bars around it, which was helpful. Thanks so much for accommodating our accessible needs. The apartment itself was cool and comfortable, the AC was great. The kitchen had equipment so we could make breakfast in the morning etc. The fridge was a good size. We had a TV and balcony too. Very nice apartment. It is explained that you have to hang the green card on the front door when you want the apartment cleaned (change towels, bedding and general clean). We only needed to use this service once, and the cleaning staff were excellent too. Please ignore other reviews saying it didn't exist!! The pool is really nice after a long day at the beach. We went to Playa d'en bossa beach which was lovely but Pamela recommended Salinas, which was amazing and so so beautiful, we definitely recommend that. The hotel also can help with booking tickets and calling up event managers if you have any questions. We would definitely come back. Thank you again!!

Great stay, great team and really good rooms. We stayed here as a stag group of 10 and have to say rooms were spot on, really good ac and good standard, iron and hairdryer in the room great touch. Vanessa behind the bar was lovely and Victoria who worked on check in was so friendly. The bossman was a good guy too warned us all to behave when we arrived which we did so there were no issues. It’s about a 5 minute walk to bossa bars but quite nice to be set back. Only thing I would say is I thought cocktails were expensive even for Ibiza but beer and cider was reasonable. We arrived very early, but received a roomkey immediately. The room is big, spotlessly clean with a balcony and 2 shower heads. The shower is powerful and the water always hot. There is a kitchenette with all utensils you might need. Also a refrigerator Staff is amazing! So kind, so welcoming and very helpful. Location is great, near some nice restaurants and supermarkets. The pool is great, well kept; though we were the only 2 persons at the pool during our stay, they used the robot to clean the pool and filled the pool with fresh water every day. There are enough sun loungers and some umbrellas. You can spot airplanes while sunbathing! (you don't here them in your room) We had lunch here twice; both times very good. The bread was so fresh and tasty and the pizza was yummy. With a late departure we were allowed to stay at the pool after check out. You can shower and change clothes near the pool. We will definitely stay here again while at Ibiza!

El edificio se ve renovado y en buen estado general. Los departamentos están bien, sin embargo hay cosas por mejorar: pocos accesorios para la cocina y heladera muy chica. Como punto negativo el aire se apagaba cuando se abría una ventana y luego al cerrarse la misma no se volvía a prender, nunca anduvo bien, alquilamos 2 departamentos y en ambos pasaba lo mismo. En uno de los departamentos no funcionaban las hornallas. El espacio de la pileta estaba muy bien, y tenía una barra donde vendían bebidas (caras como todo Ibiza). El personal super amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar en caso de necedidad, la comida del bar muy rica tambien. El apartamento muy bueno y la ubicacion es perfecta. En fin un lugar organizado y practico. Volveria encantada al mismo lugar. La piscina muy buena tambien
