Really happy of having booked this hotel. The staff is super professionnel. Special thanks to Gabriela and Mireia who are helpful and always smiling and kind. Great location, food and swimming pool. The room was very clean and it makes the difference. We are looking forward to come back here. Thanks again.

Great hotel if you’re just looking for a base for the week. Pool area was pretty quiet so if you’re looking for somewhere a bit lively this probably isn’t the place for you. Great location as it’s right across the road from the beach/bars/restaurants - walking distance to Ushuaia and Hi - taxi rank right outside where you’ll be waiting no longer than a couple of minutes for one and no more than 20 minutes away from Pacha/DC10/Amnesia/Chinois. Rooms where good, all nice and clean - the living room if your on the sofa bed can be abit noisy if you’re on the main road (but when you’re only getting in at 8 you’ll 100% sleep through ). All in all a great hotel with great staff for the money you’re paying but as I said probably only a hotel if you’re looking for a base and not somewhere to spend your days round the pool, ect

I would not recommend this hotel at all. My experience here was extremely disappointing. The staff showed complete disregard for guests and the accommodation did not meet the stated standards. Upon check-in I encountered rudeness from the staff and my complaints about the dirt in the room were ignored. Additional services that I paid for in advance were not provided and they refused to refund the money, citing the alleged "hotel policy" that no one warned me about. This attitude towards guests is unacceptable and I believe the hotel does not deserve a single star. If you value your time, money and nerves - choose another place to stay.

The stay was fabulous! The location is great and central to everything!! Nice pool for when it gets hot and Gabriela at reception was very helpful and friendly! Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Ibiza!

Gabriela kindly asked me to review our stay so I will do so. It was not terrible, but: - people screaming all the time, like monkeys. - bad smell of piss - room is not clean, lot of dust - staff does not even try to clean the room. - a lot of people from Caserta making the experience unpleasant. - lighting is bad, my gf struggled to put make up. - ac was making it rain on us - sliding door of the balcony was broken, could not be closed on all the rooms my friends and I were. Gabriela was nice though.

Stayed here before last year, nice spot with a good location close to all the main spots. Gabriella on the desk was very helpful, couldn't do enough for us, always with a smile. Made our arrival dead easy…………………………………………………………………………………..

Very nice place, very clean and near to the beach and all shops. Special thanks to the staff (especially Gabriela y Mireia) who were adorable and super helpful. The swimming pool is very calm and the hotel also has a Mexican restaurant with very good food. If you are looking for a good place in Ibiza, do not hesitate!

Loved it ! The location is absolutely perfect, close to clubs, beach etc. The rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable and soft we enjoyed the balcony and pool time. Gabriella went out of her way for us and was very accommodating with our needs.
