Finca Legado Ibiza

I have stayed at this hotel before and was looking forward to revisit. I emailed before and asked for an additional room, but the place was full. I therefore emailed again and asked for a possible late check out. I got the reply that I should ask upon arrival. Upon arrival I did ask and I got the answer that it was possible but it would be an additional cost of 200 euros. I asked how long we could use the room and got the reply that as long as we wanted during the day. I accepted the terms. The day of of our check out I got the additional information at 14.30 that the actual cost would be 350 euros and not 200 euros for a late check out, if we leave before 15.00. If we leave after 15.00 the actual cost would be 750 euros. We tried to reply that that's not the information we have got and that they should try to accommodate us somehow and not make us stress pack in 30 min. They referred to the terms and conditions when I made the booking. Even though I asked in advance with by mail and in person. the owners refused to lower the cost to 200 euros, let us stay longer than to 15.00 and wouldn't even have a conversation with us. they didn't even invite us for a coffee or lunch as a compensation for the wrong information they had passed on to us putting us in this stressful situation that we even had to pay for. Not a nice way to great people or wish to have customers coming back. More where there any form of room service or possibility to get any service at the place. Im really disappointed in how they treat people and how important it is for them to squizze out the last buck even though they gave us the wrong information initially. I will never visit this place ever again!

We stayed at this glorious, gorgeous oasis for our short honeymoon, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way! There is beauty everywhere you look: blooming flowers, lush greenery, and style, style, style in the decor. The team are warm, welcoming and wonderful - we adored them all, and are so thankful for their hosting and Ibiza advice. The bedrooms are lush and spacious, and we were delighted to find we had a small seating area to enjoy an early-morning read. The breakfast is as generous as it is delicious - spiced yoghurt and fruit, eggs, cheeses, ham, avocado and more. The pool is a real centre of calm and relaxation - all aided by the fabulous music, and chilled cocktails. Legado is a gem. Legado is a treat. Legado is THE BEST. Thank you - we will be back, again and again.

From the warm welcome we received upon our arrival to the unparalleled nights' sleep in ultra comfortable beds, our stay at Finca Legado could not have been better. What we enjoyed most was the lack of distractions! While the rooms and the hotel have modern amenities such as good WiFi and great bathroom fixtures/water pressure, the setting promotes complete relaxation. Our room (and I believe most rooms) have a swing, which is perfect for reading and the pool area is intimate and inviting and perfect for sipping one of the hotel's famous cocktails. Other highlights include the remarkable staff, the extraordinary breakfast, and the location on the island. We are looking forward to our return, which we hope will be soon.

bello, bellissimo ma non è un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, il prezzo pagato non rispecchia il livello della struttura che rimane un pò troppo rustica. radical chic , molto radical e meno chic. ( consapevole che Ibiza rimane una località costosa) infine all 'arrivo e alla partenza CI CHIEDONO LORO se vogliamo qualcosa , chiediamo ringraziando dell'ACQUA e ci presentano il conto di 14,60€ , pagati ovviamente senza polemica in quanto dovuti ma l'ospitalità è un'altra cosa per me. non ci tornerò
