7Pines Resort Ibiza

7Pines is a beautiful, well kept hotel in a stunning location on the coast. Staff and service was great. Facilities were amazing, especially that infinity pool by the ocean. Very peaceful and quiet place that allowed us to relax and soak up the sun. Thing to note: rent a car if you want to get around especially if you don't want to pay for excessively expensive food at the hotel. Town is near by with great food choices. Also, aside from breakfast where they did go out of their way to make vegan pancakes, there were not good vegan options at the hotel. Overall we would definitely go back.

We had incredible stay at 7PinesIbiza , from breakfast, lunch and dinner . We enjoyed foods and view , dinner with sunset . I would like to thank for outstanding hospitality and amazing service to Belen , Mamie Iris , Izzy I hope I write his name correctly ,Sofia , Alberto the best bartender, Francesca , Antonio , Carla and Ander front reception also Isma from guest relations , Highly recommended.

Marta in concierge went over and above to make our stay wonderful. She alone made our vacation experience with on point recommendations and super responsive help on anything we needed. The resort is not bad, but a few things not the best: super small bathroom, very expensive food and drinks (even water), and no real activities on property. Spa and gym pretty good. The food was good, the service was acceptable, although sometimes it seemed they were short-staffed like everyone right now. The resort is remote, so if that is not what you are looking for, might want to look around. Reception and bell staff were super accommodating. I am surprised that they don't have a dj at the pool and also surprised they don't provide a shuttle for venues even 5 minutes away. That would really improve the experience.

You are better off to go to BENIDORM. NONE EXISTING CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXTREMELY SMALL ROOMS,RAT POISION AROUND THE CHILDREN POOL AREA,LIMITED RESTURANTS AS TWO OUT OF THREE RESTAURANTS ARE CLOSED DURI G THE DAY, YOU BE LUCKY TO GET YOUR FOOD ORDER CORRECT, NO LESURE FACILITIES , AWAY FROM ANY AMENITIES, DOOR FRAMES HELD TOGETHER WITH TAPE DILAPIDATED .

BEST HOTEL IN IBIZA!!! BEST HOTEL IN IBIZA!! What can I say you have been sensational as always!! From the outset and working with lovely Alberto in reservations, the whole process has been a joy! Roman F&B is just the most warm and welcoming man as is lovely Alberto, thank you for making us feel part of the 7Pines family!! Then the amazing team Rosella La Bella, Carles, Monika, corrie and all the other brilliant pool staff, you all work so hard and you’re so cheerful with it! Nothings too much trouble. The lovely welcome from guest services Rui, Paul, Isaac and the other guys. Eduardo at reception was absolutely charm personified! Carla the concierge was super helpful, as were the check in team and I didn’t get any names so sorry!! Dear Laura, Sandy, Monika and Issy at Cone and breakfast, thank you again. You are sweethearts! The breakfasts here by the way are out of this world! One morning we even had a harpist! The housekeeping team are superb too. Everything is just utterly perfect! We so loved our time with you and feel very lucky that we have had this time in your glorious resort watching the most stunning sunset for the past 3 nights. Thank you so much for everything and we can’t wait to return xx    

Fantastic resort, world class service, mesmerizing views, great restaurants, beautiful sunset, close to the best beaches. We had a fantastic time at the resort, everything was amazing and we loved our stay here. Will plan to be back again.

The hotel is great and staff in general are very friendly . The location of the hotel is amazing and the views memorable. Special thank you to Renata and Eduardo from the reception and also Simona from the events team, who did a great job showing us around.

We chose this beautiful hotel with breathtaking views to be our wedding venue. I would just like to point out to any future brides/grooms you will receive virtually nothing except food and beverages with this supposedly wedding venue. We have had to supply our own sound systems ( for 3 areas ), microphones, wedding planner, wedding coordinator, celebrant, event dressing etc. The hotel literally supplies food and beverages. There staff with not take anything else to do with wedding. The day of the wedding you will have no where to get ready and check in isn’t till 4pm. Any time i message Simona i get the same response - the hotel only supplies food and beverages for the wedding. Literally every other single detail you have to organise yourself. It is a beautiful hotel but in my opinion it is not a wedding venue. It is terrible value for money. Im not sure if its hotel policy for weddings but Simona has not been helpful at all. I would just like to make all brides/grooms aware you will literally get nothing apart from food and beverages. If i had known i could of got a much cheaper venue where the staff are extremely helpful for your big day and supply the basics ( sound systems , event dressing etc )

Perfect Stay with top service. Checkin was smooth with all nessary informations, a wellcomedrink and a verx informative and frindly Rooming from Theresa. The room waas decorated to our special aneversery from Ramona, again a big Thank you. Breakfast every day was wonderful and the Team at Breakfast made us allways a good start in the day with their smiles and wellcomimg attitude. Drinks at the pool or for Sundown at Cone Club where allways dellicios and made the beautiful scenery perfect. 2 Dinner one in the room with Homedelivery and one in Cone Club where delicios and are a perfekt choice for lazy days. We had an amazing Couple Signature Treatment at the Spa which is a must have in our oppertunity. Christina gave us an Show arround and interduction and Florentina did one of the best massages I had for long time. Thank you to Team for this perfect 7 days at 7 Pines Ibiza. Marc & Michaela
