Not recommended at all, not clean , room has no heating and cold water. i was when there was a party and you cannot sleep at night i paid for presidential suite 700 EURO and it was the worst experience ever. after talking to the reception they told me they cant do anything to help me ad this is my problem only

Wish I was able to give more than 5 stars. They deserve every bit of a it. I brought my old parents and they are old school and picky. However the team there made us all feel special. Every single one was beyond helpful one in particular I would love to mention George Minea. He really went out of his way to make our stay ultra special. The Hotel is clean, food is to die for everything is perfect. Can't wait to come back.

I’ll start with the minuses. Location is the first, far from the center and in very heavy traffic area. Also, if you aim for five star you have to do a little better in terms of furniture, cosmetics etc. I mean, when you only have liquid soap in bathrooms, that is not even 4 star service. But, I enjoyed staying here! First of all, the staff is lovely! I mean best so far! Very friendly, helpful, not intrusive, perfect! They have included transfer from and to airport and that is an excellent service, considering their location. They also provide transport to the city center at request. Rooms are cozy and comfortable, nice view and the cleaning was very good. Breakfast complete, everything you need an the restaurant is also nice, good wine menu and a variety of dishes, from dry aged beef to pasta or vegan. So, despite the distance from the city center, it was an excellent choice!
