For shared use: well-kept garden (fenced), swimming pool angular fenced (20 x 9 m, seasonal availability: 16.May. - 16.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-21:00). Tennis, floodlit, boccia. In the house: lift. Public parking. Shop 350 m, grocery 350 m, shopping centre 1.6 km, restaurant, bar, bakery 220 m, café 350 m, pedestrian zone 650 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 100 m, railway station "hyeres" 800 m, sandy beach "L'Ayguade" 4 km.
