Ac was not working properly!Very Poor Behaviour by security guards-could have more politely with the visitors.Food was below average-breakfast was very commercial in taste. Limited Manpower/waiters during breakfast made the visitors wait for longer time. Breakfast not worth the money at all. Hotel was facing water scarcity problems, hot water was available for specific time in this property.

Check in process was very delay and people in reception is not respecting the guests time. They keep asking to wait guests fir their personal calls

It wasn’t great. Rooms and furniture were old. The AC wasn’t working that well. Charged a lot for less amenities. And in case we wanted to extend for the day, they charged the same amount as for the whole day. Overall, it wasn’t worth it.

The property ambience and the staff was so supportive and generous. The stay was so comfortable and pleasant. Would recommend and prefer further more stays here.
