Booking was done at the very last minute from my end but they made sure I had a smooth check-in and check-out. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable but restroom was small and had translucent glass doors which made it feel somewhat uncomfortable. Lunch buffet starts at 6:30 and ends at 10:30. While taste is subjective, I personally didn’t find any of the items appetizing. But over all good service and comfortable rooms with not so good food.

On business trip. Easy accessibility and convenient. Very clean room and comfortable bed & pillow. Local breakfast and some continental items. Highly recommended at reasonable rates.

All services are good. Staffs are polite, knowledgeable and provided assistance immediately. Nice breakfast. Variety of food, beverages, fruits etc., this is a business hotel ideally located in the middle of Gachibowli IT park. Rooms are compact and provided all necessary items required.

I am not sure how this hotel is having good reviews.For the money you pay, you would expect good experience. I was charged 25k for 2 nights stay 1.Room is very very small. Literally cramped.There is no place to put your clothes except few hangers lying in room walls. 2. Wash basin is kept in the room near to bed! Not in toilet! Coz they are super cramped 3. Rooms are not clean. I could see few insects in the wall 4. Their breakfast is pathetic. The spread is very small and they don't taste decent. Their sambar, chutney are salty. I ended up eating cornflakes and breads Even the sofa in dining room is not comfortable. 5. Don't ever try dinner in cafeteria. The look deserted after morning complimentary breakfast. No one want to eat there by paying There are many hotels which provides 5 star experience in the same location with almost similar rates. I am not able to digest the experience that I got after paying such big amount Attaching some of the snaps. Avoid this hotel as far as possible

I’ve truly enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn in the New City. The services here are excellent, with clean rooms, delicious food, and convenient laundry facilities. A special mention to @Renu Bara – she’s one of the most wonderful people I’ve met here. Her support and helpful nature have made my experience even better. I genuinely appreciate her kindness.

Renu is very helpful and provides efficient service. Shes also very kind and good at her job. She does her work very quickly and is super attentive to all my needs during my stay here. She deserves recognition for her effort which is why I'm giving 5 stars and writing this review. Definitely made my experience better here.

I checked into the room around midnight. The reception desk was active and was good to get through the process of check-in quickly. The good bit ended there. The rooms are tiny and dingy The curtains were not clean The curtains did not close well The bathroom was totally dirty - water had leaked few places and the walls had fungus The wash basin is outside in the room, and the design is pathetic, water splashes everywhere. The towels were average, not smelling great but ok The breakfast is cramped, the chairs are diff sizes and some are not designed for the table at all Carpets really dirty! No moisturizer in the room Being a business hotel, there is one centralized cloth-ironing place, not efficient at all The food was average, and the breakfast area was a bit dirty with food fallen on the table/floor at many places. Almost no recognition or value being a platinum member

Hotel was good great room cleaning services in the hotel. There are multiple breakfast options available I enjoyed staying in the hotel. Best part is pillows and bed are great and high quality and special feedback to seema for the room cleaning services.

Good service for sure. Especially from Pavan the service was good. But the rooms are deadly small almost like matchbox. Secondly the room rents getting increased even though we have updated the tentative extension of the stay without any reason. AC getting automatically switched off and have to call to get activated and TV not working and especially many of the channels are not at all subacribed and moreover the TV streaming was pathetic and gets update stating Airtel servers were down.

Everything was great, Shivani was the one who really helped with cleaning and was a great worker. She deserves good pay as she really makes customers happy with her room cleaning services. I really enjoyed the room cleanliness and atmosphere Kudos to Shivani for making best atmosphere.
