Ants on bed. Small cockroaches in bathroom. Room, bathroom smell is not good. Even bed quality not good, pillows smell is bad. Worst experience

Hospitality is not good and late response from restaurant, very think is good, hotel look was very good and complimentary breakfast was good

The hotel was very terrible, following are my observations. 1. Room was not good
2. Water leakages in bathroom and wc
3. No hot water
4. No drinking water
5. Very dirty towels
6. No proper maintenance
7. No proper response
i recommend not to visit this hotel to anyone. They claim this as 3 star hotel, but in actual, it is even worst than a road side hotel. Don't go by name, it is the worst hotel in hyderabad and in my life.

I have asked for cancellation, my client cancel-led his travel on the last minute because of some serious health issue i havent checked in the hotel and i am keep on asking for cancellations and refund on this please help me

Washroom is not tidy, tap is not working. Its a very old room and the service is too worst. Breakfast and lunch are especially unhygienic and the f&b manager is careless. Unworthy hotel charged high.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Food is really good and a number of varieties available. A good place to stay in Hyderabad. Room services are quick. You get all visiting nearest to hotel. Highly recommended place for first time visitors to Hyderabad.

I stayed at amrutha castle on a family trip and we enjoyed every bit about it. First of all the staff were very welcoming with a smile always no matter what time you speak to them. Srinivas the manager --- you hardly find a helpful manager who takes time to understand your needs an help address them quick, his experience and customer attention is great! Salzburg street caffe shop was simply amazing
