They provide different room other than specified in the offered. May be they treat mmt booking are treated like this. The second day they provided the right one, after faught for the same

Lifts were not working properly also cleanliness was not up to the mark. Even the condition of ac was poor

Decent stay and location is great. Breakfast is also good. Towels had stains on them as well as linens. That was something i didn't like at all.

sudden noises from ceiling of the room at 3am for some time food served in the on the day 1 was v bad but breakfast in restaurant was good. But the restaurant incharge was not ensuring refilling of the boals during buffet

Worst stay ever, they had swagath in the name but the building is entirely different. As soon as you check in at the front desk the room boy makes you walk to the balk of the hotel where you will find another building, literally had to walk next to sewage pipe line which has been tune worst experience i ever had. This used to be a great hotel years ago but its terrible now, after you end the second the building the lift wont work so you have to take stairs for 4th floor just to find out that room key card doesn’t work. Once you finally enter the room, there is mosquitoes all over and called reception multiple times and they were arrogant as well so i walked right back out and stayed at minvera grand which was stunningly amazing and best service

It was a good place to stay, everything inside the room was comfortable. But i felt the staff in the reception were rude. And also it was very uncomfortable for a girl / family to travel in the same lift with drunken uncles. Except that everything was good.

Everything is good, but the only thing in terms of food is that not all of the menu items are maintained; otherwise, the rooms and service are excellent.

Though booking confirmation was available, lady in the reception didn’t even check her bookings and said no booking made. Tea, coffee, sugar sachet not provided and kettle not available. Had to demand. No dental kit, no shaving kit available in bathroom. Asked for them with the hk, took 20 min to deliver them. Ac not functioning. Wifi connection too feeble.
