可愛い青い屋根のホテル
遠くには馬たちが見えて空気も澄んでとてもよいロケーションでした、夜は静かにゆっくり眠れました。
スタッフもフレンドリーで良い滞在でした！

當晚到達酒店時已過了8時，餐廳已關，服務員拿出簡單地圖耐心地講介附近餐廳位置。早餐是自助式的，比預期豐富，很滿足。酒店佈置很別緻，很多打咭位。有免費停車位，地理位置方便，距離熔岩展覽館Lava Centre 只有5分鐘路程。

It says in the description that the hotel has a restaurant but when we arrived the only dishes available were just 2 types of soup.... that s just not caring at all for tourists. We were woken up really early by the sound of furniture shifting, probably cleaning rooms really early. Breakfast also very basic. We were also told the lobby will be closed so we could not even enjoy the pool table after "dinner" .... this is more of a farm stay but can t be called a proper hotel with a proper restaurant.

We stayed on a group tour with the hope of seeing the lights with no light pollution. Sadly, too cloudy. Great welcome by the manager, super cheery woman! Awesome food, the evening buffet was fab and they were so good with my GF and DF dietary requirements, I could still have over half the options. Ditto with breakfast. Bought an Icelandic jumper knitted by local lady. They had a few on a clothes rail and encouraged you to try them on. Room good size but pretty basic and REALLY soft beds, like a trampoline! Was fine for one night.

I would recommend this place. Good room, good breakfast and dinner and it had a nice country tho feel to it in the spacious lobby. Books, games and pictures there for your entertainment. Also walked down their access road and got a great view of the northern lights.

Hotel Fljotshlid was one of the best hotels we stayed at for our honeymoon adventures in Iceland. A little secret hideaway. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. The restaurant served a hot buffet in the evening, which was fantastic for those travelling and wanting a warm hearty meal after a long day. The staff were attentive and helpful. The surrounding areas were beautiful and picturesque. For those wanting to stay and chill for a bit longer, they even have books, games, puzzles and even a pool table. All this for a reasonable price. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived late at night and they gave us a room with 2 beds put together for one person and a twin room for me and my husband so we've had to exchange it and carry the sheets to the hallway in the middle of the night. The furniture is old, ugly and dusty. It wasn't even reconditioned. The sheets and towels also old. We asked if we could get an early breakfast (30 min earlier than the usual hour) and they never came back with the answer... We confirmed our check out between 10 am and 11am and at 10:30 they knocked at the door and ask us either to live or pay to extend the stay. It is the first time that something like this happens. The mattress was good and the breakfast was ok.

We stayed here for 2 nights in a campervan. Unfortunately it turns out the showers are not open in the winter, which we did not discover until we arrived. There is also only 1 toilet for all camping guests, which wasn't the most convenient. However, there was a lovely big (and warm!) kitchen which guests can use and cook in, with plenty of tables - this was great. Staff were also very friendly.

Stayed here lastnight and was happy with our stay. Originally booked due to its remoteness in the hope of seeing the lights but no luck. It is the hotels off season it's more a ace for summer stays but it was still lovely. Staff were very friendly, Dinner and breakfast were both good. Rooms are basic but adequate good shower and clean.
