Hostel Villa Skansi

Such a great place to stay, made amazing friends, place is clean and new. Very social and fun experience! Scooters are also the best way to see the island and you get a discount through the hostel as well as free pizza and happy hours!

Awful experience. Was terrible from the beginning when they charged us more than what *********** has detailed us (they excused themself saying exchange rates differences and charged us €30 more). The room was not even a room, it was a kitchen and they left it like that and charge as a dorm room. No power outlets for a room for six people and no locks for lockers. It has what used to be a chimney but closed it with plastics and old cabinets and even a oven in the middle of the room. It doesn’t have laundry service as it promoted. The worst part of all it was how they treated us, the receptionist told us they where ashamed for giving us that room but the owner came and treated us really badly, she is a greedy woman with resentment who “offered a discount” in exchange to cancel our reservation through *********** and not leaving a bad review. We didn’t accept and everything got worst, we where yelled at and didn’t even changed us from the room or gave us any discount, we where paying €68 per night per person. I truly wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody, you can get a nice room or you can get a basement old kitchen with no shower and outlets room, guess what rooms are the pictures from.

Nice venue , free pizza and pub crawl ideal for students Unfortunately problems with payment on arrival from booking website. Plus a 6 bed room was ordered and we were split up in groups of 4 and 2 with strangers. Potential to be 5 star hostel if the tidy up their act

Prima hostel op de onnodig onvriendelijke eigenaresse en haar zoon na. Extreem onredelijk en onvriendelijk. Het hostel is voor de rest goed verzorgd. De meeste collega’s zijn vriendelijk. Het zou fijn geweest zijn als de eigenaresse hier een voorbeeld aan had genomen.
