A great place to stay. Loved our family room, the service was fabulous (including pretty good English spoken by the staff), can’t fault the location and such a beautiful town. We had fun! The breakfast was great too.

Beautiful hotel taking you back in time. Friendly staff and amazing location right within the old part of Suzhou

Room is spacious, and the beautiful courtyard is very relaxing to take a break from exploring the beautiful old town. Staff were also super helpful. The free fresh fruits in the evening were delicious as well. Will definitely choose the hotel again

Love the hotel! Staff called a day in advance to find out our check in time. They have the heat on in the room prior to our arrival so that we won’t be in a cold room. Their amenities include a steam eye mask. 🤩. Hotel room is not only clean, it’s spacious. There are also events in the hotel for those who don’t want to step foot outside this tranquil courtyard. However for those adventurous, the hotel leads onto the busy old town street, but you would know it’s there unless you look for it. So happy with our booking at Blossom Hills, worth paying for the experience.

Traditional beautifully presented hotel inside of the old ancient town. The hotel host is very friendly and helpful. They also provide 糖水at night. We are also being greatful to receive room upgrade.

時隔11年重返南潯古鎮，非常喜歡全國唯一一箇中西合璧古鎮！這次選擇二晚連住古鎮裏面，這是家連鎖酒店，之前住過周莊、宏村店，舒適感滿滿的！感恩店家給升級了房型，每天提供免費水果、飲料，午餐，早餐豐盛！晚上還有安睡湯！古鎮最美的時候是清晨，遊客還沒有來的時候！現在南潯有高鐵了，方便很多。

服務: 很不錯，很贊👍🏻 設施: 還可以，民俗老房子，隔音較差。 衞生: 可以，乾淨整潔。 環境: 庭院子，很雅氣。出了庭院就是熱鬧非凡的 古鎮和遊船來回穿梭的河道，遊玩很方便。 用餐: 早餐是自助免費的，品種不少，推薦羊肉麪 很好吃。 免費提供了: 風景區裏面所有參觀門票和遊船票 ，以及小 禮品 總之: 住景區裏面的民俗求恕裏，性價比還是蠻高 的，出遊也極其方便。

和朋友來南潯古鎮玩，古鎮中心，由舊別墅改造的，整體環境還不錯，就是設施稍微老舊，前台小哥哥非常熱情，有求必應，還給升級了房間（雖然窗外是一堵牆，但是室內空間很大），是很有氛圍感的酒店，但是早餐品類稍微少了點，而且套餐的午飯稍微清淡了點沒有下飯菜（白魚炒蛋和炒當地時蔬還是非常不錯的，應該再搭個下飯菜，三鮮沒什麼味道）整體還是不錯的，如果8百塊我覺得很值，但是1000，稍微貴了

在南潯景區內，住在花間堂求恕裏，由於汽車必須停在外面不能進景區，而且景區外停車場幾乎客滿。酒店前台的帥哥小王幫我們找到停車位，幫我們拿行李過橋走小路十分不容易，我們十分感謝他。 前台的小唐及客房部的幾位都十分認真負責，晚上我們冷了，他們及時送來被子，我們出去玩他們給我們講解旅遊的線路。客房部的唐經理工作十分認真負責，客房做得很乾凈。另外我們訂的套餐包括早飯午飯另外晚上還送夜宵幾乎一天都在酒店吃，口味很好服務也好。

給爸媽訂的，回來説設施比較老舊，而且正好在二樓，衹有唯一一間有人的屋子，非常冷清，木質房屋晚上一直有異響。長者有點沒睡好，整個應該是舊房改建的住宿。 地理位置非常好，在古鎮中間，走走逛逛很合適。

酒店位於南潯古鎮中心，去南區的景點很方便，距離停車場也不遠。到南潯古鎮以後聯繫了酒店，告知可以去六號停車場。酒店並沒有提前主動聯繫過我，不過我打電話過去後，還是主動提供了幫助，幫忙把行李從停車場拿到了酒店，走的時候也是幫忙送到了停車場。還給我們贈送了早餐，早餐種類還可以，做的挺好的。
