Eşim ile xanadu yu tercih ettik. 3 gün konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık. Otel çalışanları çok yardımcı ve güleryüzlü. Yemekler harikayfı. İçtğimiz içecekler de çok kaliteliydi. Bülent bey ve gülnaz hanım a ilgilerinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz. Her konuda yardımcı oldular. Deniz çok güzel. Tertemiz bir su. Plaj tamamen kum. Bir çok yemek yeme alternatifi var. Gece eğlenebileceğimiz aktiviteler vardı. Aile oteli. Bebekli misafirlere çok uygun. Aquapark ayrıca bir eğlence olanağı sunuyor. Hurgada ya gelecekseniz kesinlikle burada kalmanızı tavsiye ederim.

It’s really hard to thank so many individuals that make your holiday special when you don’t remember all the names, so all we can say is thank you everyone, from the waiting staff, the bar staff, the chefs just everyone we had a fabulous time, it was our first trip to Egypt and won’t be our last, our room 2103 was very very comfortable and in a great quiet location for us and kept spotlessly clean by our housekeeper Ibrahim Saeid and we very much enjoyed his towel creativity, thanks again for everything and all your help Ibrahim you helped to make our holiday. The food and service in the main Otia restaurant was first class, such an amazing amount of choice on offer The Beach restaurant at lunchtime was also amazing, great service and great food from all the staff and thank you Hamza for all your help. There’s just so many people we met and had time to chat with that really did make our trip so special. We very much appreciated the hospitality at Xanadu and look forward to returning here again soon, we will definitely be back

An amazing hotel! As a birthday surprise, we were upgraded to a Lagoon Swim Up Apartment — a huge suite with direct pool access in a perfect location, close to everything. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious. We were pleasantly surprised by the level of hygiene and cleanliness — every few days, the sunbed covers were changed, towels smelled fresh, and the pool water quality was regularly checked. Once, when our child dropped food on the floor in the restaurant and tried to pick it up, a staff member kindly explained that they would take care of it — such attention to detail was impressive! Everything in this hotel is maintained at a very high standard, in every area. Highly recommended! ☀️

We had the best holiday at Xanadu Hotel. The whole hotel, the service, the food, drinks and the staff were perfect. Special thanks to the lobby bar staff - excellent service, great drinks and amazing willingness to help from the staff. Best regards to Hassan! And we hope to visit again soon

We are currently staying at Xanadu Makadi Bay, and it’s our third day here - everything has been absolutely amazing so far! The hotel is beautiful, the sea is crystal clear and warm, the food is delicious, and the territory is always clean and perfectly maintained. The whole team is very friendly, polite, and hardworking - you can really feel that everyone here wants guests to have the best possible experience. We would also like to thank Ahmed, who cleans our room 1157. He does his work very carefully, quickly, and always with a kind smile. Every day our room looks spotless and fresh - he’s very attentive and polite, and truly makes us feel comfortable and well cared for. And we would like to give special thanks to Mohamed from the lobby bar (the one in the photo with us ). He is truly an outstanding person - very kind, attentive, and always smiling. He makes the most delicious cocktails and it’s always such a pleasure to talk with him. What really impressed us is how pleasant, caring, and professional he is. He always supports a friendly conversation, understands guests perfectly, and even speaks and understands some Russian, which made our chats so warm and easy. He manages to stay attentive to everyone, keep up great service, and never loses his positive energy - he really knows how to make people feel welcome. One evening my husband asked Mohamed to pour several kinds of whiskey to try. The next day, my husband couldn’t remember which one he liked most - and Mohamed patiently spent time with me trying to figure it out until he remembered exactly which one it was! That small moment showed how observant, patient, and genuinely thoughtful he is toward every guest. We are very grateful for his kindness, professionalism, and big heart. Mohamed truly deserves recognition from the hotel management - he makes the lobby bar feel like home and creates such a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere every day. We’re sure that the rest of our stay will be just as wonderful as these first days! ☀️ Thank you to the entire Xanadu Makadi Bay team for making our vacation so special. It was our first time in Egypt and didn’t really know what to expect but the whole experience was beyond expectations. The room was always cleaned and fresh (thanks to Fawez who did an awesome job every time, so friendly and kind; also taught us a few words). Food was delicious, we really enjoyed Otia and the a la carte restaurants, especially Turquaz (best experience ever, it was so good). The resort is enormous since there is the main building with adjacent pools and then small villas with their private pools until you finally reach the beach, but there are shuttle buses that take you to the beach/aqua park. Personally, I didn’t mind walking, the resort is just too beautiful and pretty well maintained. The staff is kind and cheerful, always smiling at you. For us, it was a really relaxing vacation. Definitely recommed it!
