Rixos Premium Magawish Suites & Villas

We were at the hotel in December 2024-January 2025. Varied and tasty food, excellent service. A small drawback - upon arrival at the hotel they did not pay due attention (we were here a year and a half ago - they met us with champagne, complimentary towels and were very friendly). I would especially like to note Samy Elnemr - he serves near the central pool. Cheerful and caring!!!

Everything was great and tasty.Personal is very helpfull. If you lucky enough and your waiter would be Yasser - then your evening will be super great! Yasser Taha is the best waiter that I met, get realy good with kids! Thank you. Nice place and atmosphere!

We enjoyed every moment of our dinner stay. The food was delicious nicely presented. Especially beef carpaccio, as well as sea bass carpaccio. Beef tenderloin was amazing. Speciql thanx to the chef and especially to Ahmed Refach. He is brilliant and nice, loyal, welcoming waitresses. We will definitely come back.

Just back from a weeks break in this wonderful hotel...what an amazing experience and its the staff that makes this possible. They go above & beyond for their guests, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is so luxurious and deserves the 5* rating. Food & drink was exceptional but for me the best of the al la carte restaraunts were SALT & the BRAZILIAN, tried each one in turn but these two stood out by a mile. Even the street food deli & la creme coffee stop are a must! The entertainment crew do magnificent job and the pink party was a highlight for me along with the mini orchastra that played daily during high tea. You can either be in the thick of it or chill and relax in quiter areas of the hotel. Overall this resort did not dissappoint in any way & cant wait till i return.

The best hotel I have ever been to in Hurghada. All the staff are very friendly and always willing to help with your questions. The food is excellent, there are several restaurants that you don't have to sign up for and 5 restaurants with reservations. The restaurants where you have to make reservations are staffed by waiters who bring menus and dishes that you order. At the entrance to reception very friendly staff, I would like to appreciate Anastasia, who very quickly was able to help me with my questions and quickly put me in the room. At the reception there is often live music in the form of 6 musical instruments. There is a shuttle bus that will take you anywhere in the hotel, Mohamed Metwally bus is very chatty and always joking, which is a great mood booster, always finds a topic for conversation. The hotel is fairly new built 2021 the rooms are clean and cleaned well. In March the temperature of the heated pool 29 degrees, not heated 21 degrees. The sea temperature is 26 degrees. In my opinion this is one of the best hotels in the Rixos chain, will definitely come back here again

Perfect Location, Yasser Taha is very nice !!! He was very friendly, always asked if everything is Fine and made sure we received our food quickly! To sum it up it was just perfect, perfectly cooked and perfect location. Everything tasted so good and we are definitely coming back !
