We spent 8 days at the resort. And we have very good time. A lot activity for all people. Kids. Grown up
A lot of entertainment everyday something new
Variety of food suits all appetites. The crew and service are superb. I will visit pickalbatros over and over again

사과를 모르는 뻔뻔한 매니저와 천장에서 뚝뚝 떨어지는 물, 낡아서 안 들어오는 전등, 아주아주 느린 대응, 1분, 2분만 기다리라더니 두시간이 넘어도 아무도 오지않고 방에서 나가지도 못하고 짐도 반만 풀고 방을 옮겨줄 지 아니면 고쳐줄지 아무 것도 결정되지 않은 채 세시간이나 기다리고.
방 구석구석 먼지가 그득하고 야외 수영장은 아이들이 북새통이고 소란하고 식사 때도 정신없이 소란하고. 휴가를 이런 분위기속에 날려서 무척 슬펐습니다. 안 가시는 것이 훌륭한 선택입니다.

Great hotel. Very big and brilliant for children. Food good. Water slides really good. Rooms comfortable and clean. Most of the staff very friendly. Entertainment every night (could be better tbh) dancers not great.. Good staff around the pool serving drinks all day. Ahmed Houssin provided great customer service

Amazing resort. With the option of all inclusive was just next level.. we enjoyed a lot.. kids dint wanted to leave the resort and go back.. thank you for making our stay so incredible Food options very amazing, drinks, snacks .. there is not even a single fault I could find during our stay.. kudos and keep up the good work.

We initially booked this holiday based on the hotel having a 5 star review on trip advisor. After spending 2 weeks here, this is my honest review of the resort. Personally I wouldn’t holiday at this resort again. After staying here I wondered how the hotel as a whole had a 5 star rating on trip advisor. Some parts of the stay could be rated as 5 star but certainly not all. At the end of the holiday there was a member of staff going around the pool area asking for positive trip advisor reviews for some of the pool staff. There is no doubt that many of the pool staff deserve a 5 star review, but encouraging a 5 star review for the hotel based on the fact that a attentive waiter at the pool may get a promotion isn’t fair and may mislead people into thinking they will get a level of service that just isn’t available. We stayed in Room 5252 ROOM - The rooms were spacious and were kept clean throughout our stay. The staff worked extremely hard to ensure high levels of cleanliness. The temperature in the shower could fluctuate at times, the rain shower head didn’t function correctly and was more of a trickle and the shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor after showering. The beds were quite firm, which we do prefer, the pillows aren’t the best, but overall we all slept well throughout our stay. We didn’t report any of the issues about the shower to the hotel as we weren’t overly bothered by them. FOOD - Unfortunately during our time at this hotel we all had bad stomachs. This started on day 4 of our holiday and went on for the remainder of the 10 days of our stay. None of our party left the hotel grounds during our holiday so we could only assume it was attributed to the food within the complex. Obviously this became a real issue for us and we weren’t able to enjoy our time here to the upmost. There is quite a variety of different food available at the hotel, although most is quite bland, you will be able to find something that is satisfactory to eat. After we all became ill, we all tried to avoid eating the salads and having ice in our drinks, we were advised by the hotel staff that all food is washed using filtered water. Avoiding these didn’t help stop the diarrhoea and it continued for all of us on and off for 10 days until we returned to the UK. All of our party are very well travelled, none of us have experienced anything similar to this. The way the food is reheated within the restaurants for a few seconds before serving is a little concerning, this may be something that needs looking at. The staff within the restaurants are very helpful and attentive. They are all very friendly and they all work hard to ensure all used plates etc are cleared from your table once finished. There are no children’s cutlery provided within any of the restaurants onsite, so if travelling with young children consider bringing their own cutlery and plates/bowls. At all the 3 buffet style restaurants there are external dining spaces under canopy’s.

The Aqua Blu resort in Hurgarda is our base for our holiday. The hotel is very clean and staff are amazing, everyone from the reception which Mr Talaat and Mohamed were really helpful and helped us with any places we asked about visiting. The waiters in the varios bars and restaurants were fantastic, they would go out of their way to help. I must mention the Melody bar staff, they work so hard to look after everyone and how they remember what everyone wants is a miricle. Only one downside was that the pool at the Melody bar was really cold and I mean cold. Every other time we have stayed here, the pool was luke warm so a shock when we went in. I must mention the lifeguards who worked hard cleaning first before we all sat on the sunbeds . They helped move the beds or towels for you, and generally looked after you. Allways happy and time for a chat with you. The food was great as you had a choice to eat and drink at any of the three hotels. The choice of food was really good as there was something for everyone. The chef's were so friendly that you felt you had to have something off them. We had a few trips out and had a wonderful time. I would like to say that we already booked for next year, also my two daughters and husbands have booked as well. We celabrate my birthday and also one of my daughters birthday while we are there.

Fabulous 11 night stay! hotel is beautiful with very pretty grounds and it is immaculately clean inside and outside. you can easily walk through all of the 3 hotels on the complex and sunbathe in any of them. Food is generally good with a good cross selection. There are 2 a la carte restaurants which you need to book 3 days in advance. If you like spicy food the Asiatique a la carte restaurant is very good. Rooms are lovely with very comfy beds and pillows, air con needs a bit of fiddling with to get right! Rooms cleaned every day to a very high standard with bottled water provided daily. Room has a fridge. Drinks are not imported so not the best unfortunately, maybe take a bottle of your fave tipple from UK duty free as we did . We didn’t watch the evening entertainment so can’t comment. Huge thank you to wave pool drinks man Arafat, so friendly and attentive! As was Youssef in the Sky bar! Reason for 4/5 is the all inclusive restaurant at the beach (15 mins walk away or shuttle bus ride) is poor, it’s unattractive and with very little selection.

After a stressful journey from east midlands due to them confiscating my hubby electric chair,apparently battery wattage too high, even tho we had Flown 3 previous times with it. You can imagine I was upset, but we arrived at he hotel wherever had a manual wheelchair waiting. The staff were amazing. They pushed my husband at every opportunity they could which gave me a rest. They moved us to a suite closer to the reception, pool and restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble. This was our second time at this Hotel and we have booked again for this year. It was my birthday week and it was just made so special

The hotel is brilliant, the staff are very friendly and helpful, they will look after you without any hassle and want to ensure that your stay is one to remember. The lifeguards around the pool are friendly, the hotel reception staff are friendly and the catering staff are friendly too. Our room was cleaned very well by our cleaner who put an extra effort in with the towel art on the bed which added a finesse. The staff are very thorough when cleaning so the site is pretty much spotless everyday.

this hotel has a great vibe, lovely buildings, pools, and food. it’s really a relaxing place so clean and laid back. But the staff go out of their way to help you. Shout out to Culina restaurant : Jose and Raffai) for a great dining experience. . You guys are always smiling and preparing wonderfully fresh food. The staff including Dina at reception really is amazing and caring., plus cleaner Yusef and Ahmed Rady all went out of their way to make my trip glorious. I traveled alone but felt well cared for.

The wirdest expierience we heven't had for the long time. Spent Christmas for the first time in Egypt. WITHOUT SNOW. The nice evening reception and climate. Delicious food and excellent service. I can hardly imagines the New Year's Party.

We arrived from UK - 3 adults (one with special needs) and a girl of 15 years old. This is an honest review and our eighth time travelling to Egypt….. The service was excellent from beginning to the end of the holiday. The rooms were very nice, with quite modern decor and cleaned to a very high standard and the waiters were always there to make sure the drinks were always available. Special mentions to: The room cleaner Ahmed Hamed who was very thorough and always left a thoughtful message for us via a towelled animal. The restaurant waiters Taha, Walied Fathy and Arafat the waiter around the pool couldn’t be more happier to serve drinks and more importantly always did so with a smile. The drinks are not branded but they were still okay considering they were of local quality. The salon is very good for all your beauty needs. They will send their very nice sales team to the pool areas for you to pay for their services but you can barter with them so don’t be afraid to negotiate a deal. All of us had some treatments and it was really good. Mohammed - pedicures and barbering was excellent and very pleasant to chat with. Malek - facials and other Beauty treatments was very good and she was very good with our son who has learning difficulties. Gehan - performed 2 massages on me during my stay as my lower back went into spasm 2 days before travelling. I was very happy with her as I no longer have any issues with my back: Gehan was very professional and knowledgeable without me even telling her what I was struggling with, she located the issue and was able to help me . I would highly recommend her if you have a massage. Obviously with it being January there wasn’t a full cohort of staff but the staff that were there, were very good and attentive to our needs. The food was a little repetitive but it was still very nice and there was always something for us as a family of four, that we were able to enjoy every day. The weather is very nice during the day from around 9am until around 4pm but after 6pm I would make sure that you have a hoody or sweater and take a few extra layers if you plan on going out for the evening or entertainment. The entertainment around the daytime is very good; there’s always someone from the animation team that is trying to get you to participate in the daytime activities: Darts, Yoga, Water Aerobics, fitness classes and other sports. There’s a great gym, Olympic swimming pool and a cycling centre but I didn’t see it being used and wasn’t sure if it was fully open. The evening entertainment: The traditional mini disco is great for the kids and the animation team always tried to make it enjoyable but there’s only so much they can do with the budget and resources they had available, especially for the time of year but it was still ok and again aimed more towards the kids than the adults. The beach is approx 10 mins walk to the sister hotel or there’s a free shuttle bus that’s available every 30 minutes to ge

Well what can I say ...10 out of 10 in all departments...8th time I have been to Egypt and this hotel is definitely up there as the best so far ...I was here with my son ...what had amazing time and met in with people...WiFi is free and works everywhere in hotel what other hotels charge for extra...was at Stella Gardens resort back in October and u was only allocated 2 bottles of water to your room each day ..anywhere else it was plastic glasses and u fulled it yourself..what I didn't like ...here the cleaners leave 6 bottles in your room each day and u can get as much as u want from any of the bars...room was really nice 10 out 10 for being clean really all over the hotel is spotless staff all very friendly...one person in particular what made my holiday was the lifeguard Abraham..amazing lad and so helpful....really there is something for all age's here ...water park is wonderful not much more I can say but I will be back at sometime...so thanks for all the staff...and 10 out of 10 to the manager..if any problems they will be sorted...thanks

The trip to Egypt was wonderful and fun. We were very happy with the hotels and the food. The service was very good. The Christmas celebration was very elegant and the facilities were great. We went on two amazing trips, one was Cairo and the pyramids, and the other was a safari on quad bikes and camel testing. The only thing that overshadowed the end was that we forgot a backpack with valuables that we miss very much. The backpack has not been returned. We would definitely like to travel there again.
