It was a perfect experience for me. Me and my wife had fun so much. I strongly recommend Hotel Pick Albatros Resort Palace. Their services were awesome. There is only one serious issue I had. I wanted to join Orangerr Bay tour with my wife. Hotel Reception suggested me to work with Mr. Ayman Kady and Mr. Kady managed us a boat tour company called "Ayaa".
I wanted to go diving but there was a misunderstanding. There was a one diving instructor guy of "Ayaa" boat tour company. He was very rude towards guests. He was giving me attidude because of misunderstanding but also there were another couples who faced organisational issues of Ayaa as well. I asked him why he is giving attidude towards us and suddenly he started to shout at me and other 2 couples. He used many bad words against Germans and Deutschland.
He mentioned that we have to act like according to his wishes because we are on his boat and in his country otherwise he would kill us diving insttuctor mentioned.
Anyway I called Mr. Ayman Kady immediately when I was on the boat and thanks god there was internet connection eventhough it was too low and he called his boss and we changed boat tour immediately in diving break. Thanksfully he saved my day to be destroyed because my wife so scared and very unhappy.
Eventhough It was nice experience but I do not suggest you to work "Ayaa" boat tour company you can mentione that to Tour guide Me. Ayman Kady of Pick Albatros Resort Palace Hotel.

這間酒店是當地旅社朋友給推薦的,因為價格和我在開羅和盧克索定的酒店比起來便宜太多,1200人民幣3人一天,包含三頓餐,還有水上樂園,但攜程差評一大堆,最後因為無法退,抱着開盲盒的心態就衹能入住了。總結來説,如果帶長者和孩子那確實非常值得,這裏就是一個超級大型度假村。下面分幾個部分評價。
1. 五星的娛樂活動,這是一個埃及本土集團,連着一大片不同的名字但都是同個集團。這間酒店palace和隔壁的水上樂園連通着,沙灘、餐廳、水上樂園全部都可以共用。因為度假村特別大,活動很多,可以玩水上樂園、下海浮潛、參加沙灘活動包括練瑜伽、尊巴、排球,每天晚上中庭8:00開始都有活動和表演。且不説演的質量如何,但因為酒店人流量特別大,所以活動非常飽滿,適合睜開眼睛就出去玩。
2.四星的餐飲,酒店餐廳非常多,也非常大,每天4頓飯,即便不在吃飯時間也可以喝飲料,吃小吃。評價裏説海鮮餐廳訂不上,這點特別不理解,個人覺得,自助餐廳那麼多為啥非要定海鮮餐廳,能做出啥。餐廳特別適合長者和小孩,很友好,各種吃的都有,樓上樓下可以串着吃,小朋友吃完跑了玩一玩還可以再回來拿吃的。關鍵退了房在酒店等待期間還可以繼續用餐,在吃飯這個項目上,這個酒店是真不吝嗇。
3.三星的住宿條件,住宿條件是真心不行,就是國內農家樂的住宿水平,房間很小,設施老舊,下水不行,廁所設施很老舊。解決辦法是熱情地對待housekeeping,每天給50-100埃磅小費,他會幫你通下水,給你較為嶄新的床單和毛巾。加床是免費的,但超過年紀入住要加錢應該是要付飯錢吧。
4.最後説説差評裏説到的歧視華人問題,我住了3天,沒有遇到這個問題,感覺還行呢。酒店的客流量非常大,歐洲老年團每天大車大車的來,年輕人也是以家庭為單位出現,我判斷大量人都來自俄羅斯和烏克蘭,加上長者居多,對國人很友善。
ALL IN ALL,如果拖家帶口是可以選擇的,如果是蜜月行或者喜歡擺拍的,就不建議,因為這就是一個實惠的平價超大度假村。

O resort é incrível, estivemos durante 3 dias hospedados e foi uma ótima experiência, a estrutura do hotel é excelente, tem praia privativa, piscinas aquecidas, show noturno todo dia, vôlei, e muito mais...

這家酒店存在種族歧視,不讓中國人吃飯。請諸位同胞謹慎選擇。酒店餐廳為預約制,早十點開放預約,我們十點前就在預約台排隊了,前面衹有四個人,結果經理告訴我們已經約滿了,不給我們安排。後來我們同住的德國朋友告訴我們説她們十一點去預約都預約上了。
This hotel engages in racial discrimination and prohibits Chinese from dining: The hotel restaurant operates on a reservation basis, with reservations opening at 10am. We arrived before 10am and were already in line at the reservation desk, with only four people ahead of us. However, the manager informed us that the restaurant was fully booked and couldn't offer us a dinner. Later that day, we met our German friends and they told us they managed to make reservations for the same restaurant even though they arrived the reservation desk at 11am.
