Triton Empire Inn

Poor accommodation and food, the hotel is old , has constant problems with the lift and all hotel services. The locals, who make up the majority of the hotel's customers, also complain about the food.

I don’t know from where to start right from the beginning to end I had worst experience, I stayed for 4 nights had to change my room 3 times. First night when I got there it was okay , next evening when I was about to go down to restaurant for dinner a big guy was passing by the corridor as I opened the door he tried to push my door to come in I somehow managed to push the door & locked myself in I was petrified & called the guy in the reception from my personal phone to come up for help , he was helpful , calmed me down & escorted me to reception to load ge compliant against the man. Later Karim the reception manager came to talk to me about the incident & I was shocked to hear he said the guy who forced himself to my room was drunk !!!! So I asked him is it acceptable to behave like that with a female solo traveller just because he was drunk ???? He then promised to change my room from 6 th floor to 1 st floor close to reception , later manager came to say my room is ready it’s nice & clear ready for me to occupy. As I was very tired I did not inspect the room I went to bed straight away next day morning when I went to bathroom I was shocked to see the state of the bathroom there was used soap , dirty toilet & sink , dirty tissues on the floor , cigarette buds on the floor , no towels , no rail to hang towels & shower did not have knob to control the temperature I then had to call the guy in reception to make a complaint he apologised & changed my room . Karim the manager is liar & useless . Food was horrible too All in all I had the worst experience

Приехали сейчас в этот отель , ну понятно заселение в 12 но номера есть дала 10 дол и шоколадку сказал все равно в 12, браслеты не выдают типо на завтрак на сегодня не положено, как так сутки проплачены а завтрак не положен, короче с самого начала отдых испорчен ночь перелета, все уставшие, 15 человек , и семья с ребёнком тремся возле рецепшена , просто ушас , не бронируете этот отель

Nie mehr wieder diese Hotel Empire inn gebucht. Das Hotel ist eine reine Katastrophe und das Bad war nur ekelhaft und sehr sehr schmutzig. Wie kann ein Reiseveranstalter wie SIE so ein Hotel noch an Kunden anbieten können?das frage ich micht wirklich.An der Reptezion hatten sie kein Zimmer mehr,also bin ich in das Schwester Hotel Empire Beach umgezogen.....aber ich musste eine Differenz von 105,00 Euro bezahlen. Musste in Hotel Empire Beach auch schon zweimal Zimmer weschsel weil die Zimmertür defekt war. Also musste ich innerhalb von fast 24 Stunden vier mal das Zimmer wechseln.....ich wollte Urlaub machen und kein Marathon mit Zimmer weschsel. Sorry das geht überhaupt nicht. Und das ist auch für SIE als Reiseveranstalter, keine gute Bewertung nur eine Katastrophe Super ekelhaft. Und nach den Bilder und Beschreibung in Internet alles eine große Lücke. Diese Hotel ist alles andere wie Weiterentpfelung, NIE MEHR. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Frau Patrizia Di Quarto
