The Cascades Golf Resort, Spa & Thalasso

Hotel is really nice. Architecture is really nice and location in the middle of golf is really amazing. Also pool is beautiful. Not so many people and hotel seems really quite. To the beach is really jist few minutes by bus. Room Garry Suite is amazing. Really huge suite with beautifull terrace with sea view. Executive lounge is really nice benefit. But. Breakfast and dinner is really avarage. Not compare to 5* resort like Rixos, Baron, Kempinsky, etc. Quality is OK, but choices are little bit limited. For lunch at the beach or in pool restaurant is really nice. Fast service and really nice meal. It will be really nice to have choice for dinner as well between more restaurant and not only buffet. Also drinks with local alcohol are really sad because local alcohol is really limited and quality is so bad. Wine is better then avarage but not option sparkling wine within all inclusive. But the wors experience was with front desk with lady who did not know nothing. Was really crazy, because after our arrival to hotel she scan passports etc and just say “sit there” after half hour I went to ask her how long will be waiting and she just says “I dont know”. So I ask if we are waiting to room or for what and answer was again “I dont know”. I asked if we will be waiting more then hour? “I dont know”. So my opinion is that “I dont know why this lady is in front desk”. Hotel has really good petential, but..

What a great hotel, we stayed 3 nights and what a place so clean, staff so nice especially Mary from the executive lounge. The food was fantastic something for everyone, Drinks very well priced, the bus to there private beach was great every 20 mins . We did the Spa one day and that was so great at only 25 Euro for the afternoon. The pool was fantastic and everywhere was so clean.

Excellent luxurious resort with amazing golf and pool view. The breakfast and dinner were amazing and delicious with good variety. The rooms are big specially the bathroom with new furniture and nice coffee machine Thanks for Mr. Tamer Alansary for his hospitality

We had high expectations for our stay at this 5-star resort, but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to what was promised. The first major disappointment was the “all-inclusive” concept. When you pay for all-inclusive, you expect most things to be included. Here, we had to pay extra for any drinks not produced in Egypt – which applied to a surprising number of options. Additionally, we expected spa facilities to be part of the experience at an all-inclusive spa resort, but that was not the case. They charge a high fee per hour to use the spa, which feels unreasonable when the spa is supposed to be a key feature of the resort. The price level at the resort was also a big letdown. Everything, from drinks to activities, was significantly more expensive than in Hurghada, which is nearby. This added to the feeling that you don’t get value for money. The cleanliness also left much to be desired. Our bed linen was not changed for an entire week, which is unacceptable for a place marketed as a luxury resort. On a positive note, the golf course was in excellent condition and very fun to play. It also has an impressive and large practice area with a great driving range. However, access to the practice area and driving range was not included in the green fee, and using it came at an additional cost. This feels wrong when you’ve already paid for both your stay and the golf. Furthermore, the rounds of golf took 5 to 6 hours because too many flights were allowed out in quick succession. If you teed off before 9:00 AM, the queues were slightly shorter, but planning your day this rigidly shouldn’t be necessary to avoid long waiting times. The food at the resort was good but did not meet the standard expected of a 5-star resort. Overall, the experience felt more like a mediocre 4-star stay, far from meeting the expectations or price of a 5-star resort.

Oh my goodness totally blown away with the hotel and the amazing staff that work there! Beautiful hotel and the thalasso lovely. Food was very tasty enjoyed it so much. Beach has soft sand and stunning scenery and the service both here and at the hotel is exceptional. If you would like a peaceful retreat and treated with the very best service, in a fabulous location, in a gorgeous hotel, this is the one for you. My only constructive critism would be to advise an addition of a ramp to the dining areas for a wheelchair. Saying this the staff went above and beyond and assisted us at all times so wasnt a personal issue.
