Нам всё понравилось хороший отель, вкусная и разнообразная еда. Бассейн с подогревом, номер с видом на бассейн, солнечная сторона, в номере было тепло. Кондиционер на тепло работает, но мы его не включали. До моря от ресепшн 10 мин, море с берега мелкое, но есть Пирс, плавать с ного можно. Персонал внимательный и всегда готовы помочь, подсказать если что то не понятно. У нас осталось об Отеле приятное впечатление.

一個度假酒店不提供牙刷牙膏拖鞋，給了小費讓服務員幫忙拿一個牙刷，告訴我們去商店裡買。。小費瞬間想收回。。 洗護用品很垃圾，洗髮水沐浴露不如國內的幾十塊錢垃圾酒店，也沒有護髮素身體乳 熱水時冷時熱，早上直接衹有冷水。 酒店的游泳池也非常臟，混濁且很多漂浮物。 退房時候服務員還要求查房，態度十分不好，我的同事在前台拍照還被要求刪除，所以前台是有什麼祕密見不得人嗎。 心情過於糟糕忘記拍照留證據了，在赫爾格達最糟的一環

一直以來孩子們都很喜歡Nubia酒店，第三次入住該酒店，不過現在改名字了哈。。水上樂園很好玩，價格貴了吃的確沒以前好了。。

Das Hotel hat insofern eine praktische Lage, als dass es bei weiteren Trips nach Kairo/Gizeh sehr günstig liegt, weil man als letzte abgeholt wird und als erste zurück gebracht wird. Das spart Zeit und macht die Trips angenehmer. Auch für Trips zu den Delfinen oder Tauchtrips liegt das Hotel günstig. In der direkten Nachbarschaft in Richtung Norden gibt es kein angrenzedes Hotel und dadurch mehr Ruhe und einen extra wilden Strand mit Korallen. Zum Basar in der Stadt sind es etwa 12 km relativ gerader Strecke. Oneway mit Taxi kostet es 150 LA oder 3 Euro. Wahrscheinlich geht es noch günstiger aber ich fand den Preis schon gut.(Preise sollten vor dem Einsteigen, für alle Mitfahrer, fest vereinbart werden.) Strand und Stege zu den Ausflugsboten sind gut. Ein schönes, überwiegend gepflegtes Hotel und die Zimmer, zumindest, die wir hier bekommen haben, waren auch sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Der Aquapark (eigentlich der Grund warum wir dieses Hotel gebucht haben) war allerdings nicht inklusive. Das mussten wir extra bezahlen (nicht billig). Das sollte man vielleicht vorher herausfinden und klarer kommunizieren, weil bei manchen Personen mit Hotelbuchung war das inklusive und bei anderen nicht.

We came away for one of our birthdays. youssf ibrahim made our stay incredible. He is very good at his job and made our room extra special everyday! Always brought us a smile! A cake was delivered on my birthday as well. The room was very clean and water always topped up.

5/5 El karma was amazing place stay the worker where brilliant as well they there to help right away. The swimming pool was heated and the water slide amazing as well. I would recommend this place to some it was very good for the price. Two the workers we really enjoyed and made our holiday better as showed games and played them with as made us laugh. Played volleyball with us. Sam and sunny

This hotel has been absolutely fantastic. The people that work here have all made our holiday. The heated pool was great, the waterpark. Lovely beach attached to the hotel. The food was great. We came here out of season in January and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The entertainment was fantastic. We made some great friendships! Massive shoutout to Ahmed, suny, ranosha ,Sam, Nadia ,aguero all made this holiday perfect. The spa team gave us some great massages but they were a bit pushy. This is my only slightly negative pointer. FANTASTIC. COMING BACK!!!!!

All be it we had a fantastic holiday few hidden items you all need to be aware of. Wine is only available in the evening at the restaurant and it's limited (white ran out very quickly) is you drink wines it's $20 per bottle. Drinks in the al a carte are additional and not included and it's a limited menus other items available at additional charge. Wi-Fi is an addiction charge a sim card from your rep is a better deal. Smoothie ice creams etc all additional they will do a package. Tourist tax on entering better to get $$$ as will equal around £20 per person rather than £25 as they do not use an exchange rate at the airport or within the hotel. Take US Dollar as you'll get the most for your money this way. Hotel was clean and food was ok location terrible as can not walk out but very cheap for taxi to the marina 3 star with beautiful beach

El Karma is an extremely average hotel and definitely not worth the cost, especially since it’s not truly all-inclusive. Wi-Fi: No free Wi-Fi, and they charge $4 per day for internet that only works in the reception area. Drinks: Limited drink options, with only tap water offered during the buffet. Food: The so-called "all-inclusive" buffet was terrible—same bland food every day. Rooms: Outdated rooms with toilets that reeked of sewage. Service: Reception staff were unhelpful and dismissive. Overall, a disappointing experience. Avoid if possible.

My son drowned yesterday. He was pulled out of the water by myself and dad within a minute and dad had to resuscitate on the sunbeds. No medical teams. Resulting in my son dying in front of my eyes. It was the worst day ever. Hotel have no trained doctors and we’re not around. Didn’t take any responsibility and said it was my fault. As a mother I know I failed. I failed and it cost me my boys life I am very lucky we were watching him and only took our eyes off him for a moment. He is 3. Do not come here. Nothing good to say at all we’ve been stuck in the hospital and not even had a call to see if okay. Manager isn’t interested. Hotel itself has so much potential and it’s ashame. The kids are all so sick with pain in belly’s. It’s so bad. We don’t care for massive luxury but the safeguarding on this hotel is mental. Trust me when I say. DO NOT COME HERE. You’ll get charged to eat nice things and asked to buy everything they have. They’ll make up prices and stare you out. It’s mental and I can’t believe the review below someone mentioned my son drowning. This is true. Thank you for reviewing that.
