The hotel is generally good for the value of the money that we paid . Staff are very friendly, room is in good size with comfortable beds . The buffer has a varies of food , overall we had good five days there

Нам всё понравилось хороший отель, вкусная и разнообразная еда. Бассейн с подогревом, номер с видом на бассейн, солнечная сторона, в номере было тепло. Кондиционер на тепло работает, но мы его не включали. До моря от ресепшн 10 мин, море с берега мелкое, но есть Пирс, плавать с ного можно. Персонал внимательный и всегда готовы помочь, подсказать если что то не понятно. У нас осталось об Отеле приятное впечатление.

一個度假酒店不提供牙刷牙膏拖鞋,給了小費讓服務員幫忙拿一個牙刷,告訴我們去商店裡買。。小費瞬間想收回。。 洗護用品很垃圾,洗髮水沐浴露不如國內的幾十塊錢垃圾酒店,也沒有護髮素身體乳 熱水時冷時熱,早上直接衹有冷水。 酒店的游泳池也非常臟,混濁且很多漂浮物。 退房時候服務員還要求查房,態度十分不好,我的同事在前台拍照還被要求刪除,所以前台是有什麼祕密見不得人嗎。 心情過於糟糕忘記拍照留證據了,在赫爾格達最糟的一環

一直以來孩子們都很喜歡Nubia酒店,第三次入住該酒店,不過現在改名字了哈。。水上樂園很好玩,價格貴了吃的確沒以前好了。。

Das Hotel hat insofern eine praktische Lage, als dass es bei weiteren Trips nach Kairo/Gizeh sehr günstig liegt, weil man als letzte abgeholt wird und als erste zurück gebracht wird. Das spart Zeit und macht die Trips angenehmer. Auch für Trips zu den Delfinen oder Tauchtrips liegt das Hotel günstig. In der direkten Nachbarschaft in Richtung Norden gibt es kein angrenzedes Hotel und dadurch mehr Ruhe und einen extra wilden Strand mit Korallen. Zum Basar in der Stadt sind es etwa 12 km relativ gerader Strecke. Oneway mit Taxi kostet es 150 LA oder 3 Euro. Wahrscheinlich geht es noch günstiger aber ich fand den Preis schon gut.(Preise sollten vor dem Einsteigen, für alle Mitfahrer, fest vereinbart werden.) Strand und Stege zu den Ausflugsboten sind gut. Ein schönes, überwiegend gepflegtes Hotel und die Zimmer, zumindest, die wir hier bekommen haben, waren auch sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Der Aquapark (eigentlich der Grund warum wir dieses Hotel gebucht haben) war allerdings nicht inklusive. Das mussten wir extra bezahlen (nicht billig). Das sollte man vielleicht vorher herausfinden und klarer kommunizieren, weil bei manchen Personen mit Hotelbuchung war das inklusive und bei anderen nicht.

El Karma Aqua Resort, Staying as I write April 2025. Rooms we stayed in spacious, 3104 & 3105, directly opposite pool & bar, short walk to upper level restaurant. Any faults quickly fixed by ringing '0' with reception, Rooms cleaned really well & water bottles each day by cleaning staff. Restaurant serves food 3 times a day, choice of various dishes, at times bit repetitive & lacking so many meat choices, but overall is serving good healthy foods, wood recommend adding Pizza & more grills & more choices for breakfast cereals, strangely they serve more Chips which are pretty good at breakfast time. Beach restaurant relaxed & close to beach, has ideal service for walking to & from the beach & next to the waterpark. Wifi works well from reception & outside towards Aqua park around pool, & we found works at Beach restaurant as well, purchase daily Wifi voucher for $1 or a week $7, it can work in some rooms close to pool. Taxi in front desk of El Karma to & from Hurghada Marina around £20 return, or £15 one way been very reliable. Onsite Spa used for Hammam & Massage recommended & negotiate prices with staff around pool, I paid £30 for 1.5hour Mammam & £20 for massage 30min. Private beach has plenty of sunbeds & parasols which have fixed straw coverings so shade if you want it, the pier continues with many sunbeds & parasols set on its length, it's impressive, with 3 sets of steps into sea, with depths waist / 1.5 & 3 Meter, your responsibility for safety, sea has very few fish or coral here. On end of pier boats leave for Dolphin sightseeing trips ranging from half day to full day, folk we talked to tourist who highly recommends + you don't have to worry about a shuttle bus, just take the hotel towel & water etc. Overall El Karma Aqua Park we are happy with in many ways, & we have had no upset stomachs our first in Egypt & we have been 5 times. The bars serve beer from bottles into plastic glasses, or glass ware,,the vodka whiskey etc takes some adjustment, but its OK, we found tipping helps. We have tried the À la Carte Chinese set out front & highly recommended, they also offer $15 set menus & additional dishes. Excursions can be purchased from holiday reps during stay. We purchased Orange Island day trip from desk under restaurant stairs, was excellent, cost £30 each plus $5 Environment tax, we left at 08:20 from hotel returned 18:00. Boat trip we snorkeled x 2 times at 45mins each & had good lunch on Board, all drinks included non alcoholic, even had a supermarket boat attach to our boat. Hotel has entertainment most nights towards beach end, & singers towards reception end, 2 pool tables & bar area set in main area which sell brand alcohol & sports tv, although Marina best for sports bars. It's been a pleasant stay for us & have no complaints, Hotel in my opinion could easily rectify small faults, new management since two months, so simple renovations & upgrade food choices to improve, hotel has good potential.

This hotel has the potential to be really good just not organised correctly. Fist things first if you have walking problems this hotel is a no go, if you located near the main building takes 15mins to aquapark,not enough rings to please kids always waiting for one. So if you your room is near water park 15mins to main restaurant then 30 steps to restaurant no lifts food while we were there complained no food for kids I.e chips chicken nuggets burger's . But thanks to some brilliant staff who went way and beyond to provide kids with some food. Ahmed Italian restaurant fantastic man. Also saheed and moemen really helpful. Told on the day of departure things are going to change for the better due many complaints.

I recently stayed at El Karma Aqua Beach Resort in Hurghada for seven days to celebrate my birthday with three friends. Upon arrival, we were welcomed warmly by tour guide called Mohammed, who was extremely helpful with our luggage, check-in process, and ensuring we could get some food after our journey. The resort itself looked beautiful, and our rooms had a lovely view of the pool and palm trees. However, our experience was a mix of highs and lows. The weather was quite windy and cold for the first few days, but we still tried to make the most of the pools and resort facilities—only to find out that most of the pools were freezing. There was just one heated pool, which was always overcrowded, making it difficult to enjoy. The biggest letdown was the food and drinks for an all-inclusive resort, the variety was extremely limited, and snacks outside of restaurant hours were restricted to just burgers and fries. Even worse, the quality was poor. The man preparing the snacks would sometimes serve undercooked burgers and fries, and they were often cold. On top of that, he was incredibly rude, throwing food onto plates rather than serving it properly, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. When we visited the Italian restaurant, we were surprised to learn that drinks and à la carte menu options came with an extra charge—something we found unreasonable, given that we had already paid for all-inclusive service. Room service was practically nonexistent, and the overall service from staff left much to be desired. When we raised concerns, we often felt ignored, as if we were talking to a wall. The staff seemed uninterested in helping, and some were outright rude. One particular experience stood out at the spaghetti station, where the cook had a bad attitude and seemed unwilling to serve guests properly. To make matters worse, the food quality was poor, and it made us feel unwell during our stay. There weren’t many options available, and what was there was far from appetizing. Transportation around the area was also inconvenient, making it difficult to explore outside the resort. While the resort itself isn’t terrible, it definitely needs major improvements—especially in food quality, service, and staff hospitality. Thankfully, towards the end of our trip, we discovered El Gouna, which was an absolute gem. This beautiful area had an amazing selection of restaurants—perfect for anyone who might be tired of resort food. The dining options were far superior, and the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. The Marina in Hurghada city also stunning, making it a great place to walk around and take in the views. I only wish we had known about it sooner, as it was one of the highlights of our trip. Would I return? Probably not. Until they improve their customer service and overall experience, I wouldn’t recommend this resort to others looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The hotel has great potential and a large area. There are plenty of places to sit and relax. There is a lot of diverse food, several bars, pools, a water park, an amusement park, a gym, a volleyball court, and an indoor disco. The staff are very helpful; all the requests we had were fulfilled. Special thanks to the bartender Mohamed Kamal by the pool who improved our mood with intelligent conversation and delicious drinks. In the café restaurant, we were very impressed by the bartender Sharif Mohtar who professionally prepared delicious beverages, especially coffee. I also appreciate the dedication and competence of the customer service staff, guest relations lady - Merna Melad. The conversation with her was constructive and pleasant; this is definitely a person who deserves proper recognition as they are the best person for this position. The worst aspect was the animations because the head animator has no idea what is happening at the facility and that the animators do not know what they are supposed to do. He is not present at the facility, and no one oversees that the animators' work is disorganized. I spoke with him, but he was exceptionally arrogant, rude, and conceited. He did not want to listen to me and responded to questions with questions. The animators do not take advantage of the hotel's potential; they do not want to organize discos even though there is a nice club in the hotel. They insist on taking guests to a disco in the city at a very high price. In the evening, nothing happens; there is a DJ, but there is no internet, and the music he plays is not suitable for anything.
