La Rosa Waves Beach - Couple & Families Only

This is not a family friendly hotel or anything like it, it’s an utter disgrace. The whole advertising of this property is a lie, making it out to be a fun filled place and spotlessly clean with all that you need to make a holiday special, why any platform , especially Love Holidays, who we booked through, would mislead their clients in this way is shocking. We will not use this company again We booked 3 rooms each one was filthy and we wouldn’t sleep on the beds if you paid us too, disgusting. There was no handle or lock on the balcony doors, outside was easily accessible for anyone to come into a room , security is non existent. There are no shutes at this hotel either they are in the one next door. Absolutely disgraceful that this place is advertised on platform. Thankfully we found an amazing hotel 4 minutes drive from the hotel from hell

Where to begin..... we arrived to this hotel late at night, got put into our room, was a complete catfish to what was advertised online which we was not happy about, the reception team were accommodating to finding us another room (which was kind of them) even though we looked around 5 rooms we settled for the best out of the bunch, the bathroom was tiny, the shower was so small (that is what let the room down in the end) The 'all inclusive' drinks were terrible, you got served with the smallest cup I have ever seen, was not worth the money for all inclusive. The food was inedible ( we ate out every night at the marina, was lovely) At breakfast we did have an omelette cooked fresh which was the only thing we ate at the hotel. The pool in the hotel was shocking, the lining of the pool was completely destroyed so we did not feel comfortable using it, luckily they had an amazing private beach which we used every day, We ended up eating and drinking at the beach bar as was cheap, nice food and the staff there were lovely. The beach area is amazing that is one bit I cant fault. Cleaners were lacking on giving us towels, we had to ask for towels some days, The towels were also dirty on some occasions, did feel uncomfortable as a women on one occasion with a cleaner in the hotel room, was not a great experience. The hot water shut off one night about 8PM and we got told that they turn it off?!?!? We was not happy as we was getting ready to go out, don't think they should control what time people can have a shower!!! On a couple occasions we did come back to the room after a day at the beach and our room hadn't been cleaned, not an awful issue but we had no clean towels. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel, was not awfulllll but i would not come back
