Hurghada Coral Beach Hotel

Выбирали этот отель ради коралового рифа, но выход е нему был закрыт все дни пребывания, якобы из-за небольшой акулы. Хотя рядом пожалуйста купайся, думаю им лень контролировать этот процесс. А туристы уже никуда не денутся. Еда вкусная по египетским меркам, алкоголь египетский Постельное чистое Номера немного уставшие, грязного Территория задумывалась красиво, но сейчас в запущении.

整體還可以，更適合家庭或者情侶。酒店公區有佛祖雕像，但是不知道為什麼放在酒吧內。

A lovely hotel for a peaceful getaway. This hotel has one of the longest beaches and if you love scenery it has one of the greatest views of the mountains, you can catch a sunrise and sunset every morning! Food was delicious and all staff members were amazing especially the restaurant manager Mongi who really looked after us. We were here during valentines day and the staff really made this experience special as everyone had received balloons, roses - was very romantic. The entertainment team were fantastic especially asonta who had lovely and lively energy getting all of the guests to participate. Thank you to everyone for a positive experience and for the kindness.

I don’t normally write reviews of hotels, however, feel compelled to write one on this occasion. When we arrived at the hotel reception we were met with no pleasant ‘Hello’ or ‘Welcome’ the guy at reception took our passports & then came back to state we needed to pay 40USD due to the fact we were over the age of 40??!! I have never heard of this in all my years of travelling & visiting hotels abroad! He was not very clear why we needed to pay this, even though we questioned this over & over. He stated our tour operator booked through a ‘supplier’ & this so called ‘supplier’ was asking for the payment stating we should not have been allowed the discount we were given??? We did not get a discount, we booked directly with on the beach!!! We asked for the hotel manager, he came but just said the same thing! We were advised we would get our money back from our tour operator (on the beach) & that this is normal & happens on a daily basis???!!!! I asked if we could speak to our travel operator the next morning before paying, but they would not budge & were not helpful AT ALL!!! Myself & my friend were NOT HAPPY!! We managed to speak to on the beach luckily & they did confirm we would get our money back if we sent them the receipt, so we paid, but all in all it took 45mins - 1hr to sort out! We were tired & just wanted to get to our room to sleep but they had us held hostage with the only option to pay!! I think this is DISGUSTING! They should allow guests into their rooms to relax & speak to their tour operator at their leisure before paying! It just seems like a way for them to make an extra buck! Many of the other hotel guests we spoke to had the same issue & felt bullied into paying. Even if the tour operator refunded guests, that’s not the point, the issue should be dealt with directly between the hotel, the ‘supplier’ & the tour operator so the guests are not burdened. Having said that, the actual hotel is lovely. Fairly quiet, but that was due to the time of the year. Very large complex which was clean & well maintained. Nice swimming pools & lovely beach areas to sunbathe. Our room was lovely & large, clean with a sea view, so cannot complain there. Food was pretty good, the lunch & evening meals consisted of rice, seasoned potato wedges, moussaka, lasagne, fish, kebabs, Spagetti bolognese, selection of salads & desserts. Cannot say the same about the breakfast which was pretty bad, they did have freshly made omelettes, but only a mix of peppers & onions, no other filling options. They also had mashed potato as part of the breakfast which is bizarre! They also had pastries available. Can’t fault the animation team, they were great & not too pushy. Plenty of daily outdoor activities including stretching, yoga, darts & belly dancing, then live entertainment in then evening such as Latin dancers, Egyptian dancers, fire show etc. This hotel is a 35 min car ride from the main town of Hurghada & we used ABC taxi’s to get there which cost 200ED

Service, rooms were really nice, food was alright and on all of that the animators were the best. Specially when you are traveling alone, they will take care of you. Was visiting the main town Hurghada for couple of times with their help, love place!

While the resort was very very nice, way too hot, but outside is not pleasant. Everyone in the hotels works so hard, big shout out to Hahmed and Kalib who worked their socks off in the pool side bar, some staff in the Greek restaurant need to take a happy pill and learn to smile. Rooms could do with more storage and did try telling staff as they walked about complex looking for reviews but was told our room was “standard” it was huge so put furniture in it!!!! Need to review your alcohol supplier as the same 2 drinks were never the same!!! Can’t see why branded could not be used!! Also why don’t you have presecco!!
