這個價位，有個房間的標準來説的話確實湊活了 但是同樣價格更推薦去青旅 最致命的是，懷疑前台有歧視中國人，入住的時候態度非常差，讓我都有點害怕了，包括存包的時候，連綁帶都不綁。 所以如果預算少建議直接青旅了，由於態度很差的前台，真的很不舒適，房間也不是很衞生 哦對，甚至沒有被子，衹有一個很薄的毛巾睡覺蓋

Номер попался убитый, двери шкафов, туалета не закрываются, кровать сломана, еда не плохая, народу много, русские занимают лежаки и могут не придти, аквапарк норм, территория ухоженая

Everything is old, terrible And dangeros for children. Dirty. Food is not tasty, small choice. the skis are torn, the seats are sticky. Even without giving money, the numbers are assigned as gnawed, unprepared. Worst hotel I've been to in 10 years

great hotel. I will definitely go back there. beautiful green area, its own safe beach, good animation, kind and helpful staff, although the food is not very varied, it is delicious. there are several swimming pools, a water park. the rooms are not the best renovated, but we did not spend much time in the room, as there were many other entertainments. in general, a great hotel for a small price!

The food was mediocre, the room had bed bugs and was pretty shabby (even though both my friend and I were upgraded) and the entertainment is non existent. This hotel caters for a mainly Russian clientele and entertainment for English speakers was poor. You are served drinks in little plastic cups and get an unfriendly welcome when ordering It is a budget hotel with very minimal going for it! If you are booking for a cheap getaway with lots of excursions, great. But sitting in a resort with only sunbathing and small plastic cups all around you… enjoy

This was the worst hotel resort Full of drunks Overcrowded reception area with drunk adults all over not good for children Dusty dirty rooms All the slides was broken I lost a lot of money on this hotel/holiday £3000 as I had to come home the next day! With an heartbroken son! I booked through love holidays and all they refunded me was £200! I paid £2000! And an extra £900 to get flights home to get out of the dump asap! Not a good place to go alone with a child either! One pool was ok. Decent massage place. All inclusive there is not all inclusive you have to pay for alot of things ice creams waffles ect Expensive shop. Would not recommend

We have just arrived at this hotel today, a family with three children and what we saw shocked us very much. What we are shown on the picture to sell the tour and what we see in reality - completely different things. I have a small child of 2 years old, and when I wanted to open the wardrobe, the door fell on me, and could fall on the child and just kill him. The table in the room is broken, it's good that at least it's glued, the curtains have probably never been washed, the bathroom also leaves much to be desired. And this is the best room of those that we were shown, we still have a week to rest, but already now I want to leave. Unfortunately, all the money we saved for this holiday was wasted. The only positive thing is the territory green and clean! There’s no hot water in the evening, how can you go with small children, you can't even wash up in any way. Food, unfortunately, is not all you can eat either. The child took a biscuit today and she spat it out because she couldn't eat it. I'm not picky, the main thing for me is the sea and a place to sleep, but there are not even the basic things here.

The rooms are very old. Everywhere is si dark . Even in the rooms. Some rooms doesnt have hot water for shower. Wayer is coming very little bit from shower. No ashtrays for smoking. Food selection is very poor in the morning. Drinks are fine. Stuff is friendly and helpful . They serve food but if they serve meat u can take very little for to go. I can stay here for a week. But if somebodys ask if i come back again then my answer would be no. Beach is the only good place in this hotel .

We enjoyed our 3 days trip there. The staff are very welcoming and friendly also reception is so responsive. We booked all inclusive basis. Our main issue was that the pool is very cold and not heated. But we liked the vibes of the hotel also food was nice but the drinks need to be with higher quality.
