Vi havde et anstændigt ophold på dette hotel. Velkomsten og servicen er tilfredsstillende, og især restaurantpersonalet, elsayed, er særdeles venlige og opmærksomme. På den anden side, morgenmaden var en smule gennemsnitlig, der kan være nogle forbedringer, der skal foretages på dette område. Samlet set god værdi for pengene for et behageligt ophold.

Min oplevelse på Bellagio Hotel var mere end problematisk! Jeg ankom med min søster lørdag den 25. januar 2025, det første værelse, vi fik, var uhygiejnisk, så de gav os et andet værelse... stadig uhygiejnisk. Vi var nødt til at gå gennem tur for at få et tredje værelse. Heldigvis var det bedre end de andre, men sikkerhedskæden var brudt, og døren var i dårlig stand. Der kunne sagtens komme et spark ind om natten, så vi fandt en måde at sove fredeligt på... I øvrigt vil jeg gerne takke rådgiverne, der har kunnet løse problemet på afstand 🥲 Pas på, for du skal reservere dit bord i en af ​​de 4 restauranter, og at... ingen fortæller dig det!! Hotellet er stadig meget smukt og smukt, men manglen på rengøring og hygiejne er mærkbar.

Dette hotel er annonceret som et 5-stjernet, men jeg tror, ​​at 3-stjernet ville være mere fortjent. Bedste punkter - puljen & Jaccazui suite værelset var forbløffende. Deres spa-facilitet og fitnesscenter så meget godt ud. Dårlige punkter - jeg fik ikke min velkomstpakke før dagen før jeg tjekkede ud. Buffet mad var meget grundlæggende med ikke meget smag. Alle kager var grundlæggende og intetsigende udover baklava. Jeg fik at vide, at de er kort bemandet og ikke har nogen drink, da jeg bad roomservice om at bringe nogle op. A La Carte var alle forud reserveret, så jeg kan ikke kommentere, hvordan de var, da jeg ikke fik chancen for at prøve disse. Drikkevarer var udvandet og slet ikke fantastisk. Helt ærligt, jeg reserverede det baseret på værelset, og det var det bedste. Selv når de gjorde rent på værelset og skiftede håndklæder efterlod de tallerkenerne og drikkevarer på værelset.

Vi havde et meget behageligt ophold på Bellagio, hotellet ligger omkring tyve minutter fra centrum, men med Uber-priser er det meget tilgængeligt! Hotellet har alt hvad du kan have brug for, en kæmpe swimmingpool, samt andre til de mindste. Aktiviteter er til stede hver dag. Måltiderne er varierede og mangfoldige, men stadig meget fede, det tager lidt tid for maven at vænne sig til det! Vi havde en elektrisk hændelse i vores bungalow og blev opgraderet til et jacuzzi værelse uden ekstra omkostninger. Tak til receptionen for denne gestus! Bare et negativt punkt, lederen af ​​kosmetikbutikken nær poolen er en skurk, han giver aldrig de samme priser, én gang €10 og derefter €25 den næste dag. For en fugtighedscreme købt i den lille butik nær receptionen var det €5, og han ville sælge det til os for €25, selvom det er nøjagtigt det samme! Og vi havde den samme oplevelse med ham for et armbånd solgt for 1 €, som han ville sælge os for 5 €! Et råd: køb ikke noget fra denne person, der bare er uærlig, gå i stedet til receptionsbutikken eller til butikken med 3 pyramider ved siden af! En lille negativ pointe også på generne forårsaget af børn i swimmingpoolen, det er forfærdeligt, de leger med deres bolde og folk får bolde i hovedet, de sprøjter alle, livredderne, selvom de er meget venlige, siger absolut ingenting, vi er forpligtet til selv at gribe ind for at berolige børnene, det ville være nødvendigt at skabe et rum til boldspil, der ville give folk, der ønsker fred og ro at hvile! Fremragende oplevelse på dette feriested, som jeg vil anbefale til nogen: selvom vi var et ungt par, og resortet også er for familier, har vi aldrig følt dette, og vi var i stand til at slappe af uden stress! Smukt og super rent værelse, forskellige restauranter og barer, hvor du kan spise godt (alt inklusive-formlen er virkelig perfekt!), professionalisme og venlighed af alle ansatte (virkelig tak fra første til sidst!!), og også af underholdningsservicen (aldrig påtrængende, alt sammen venligt og engagerende!!!). Pools med hydromassage, strand med super rent hav, hvad mere kan man forlange? Virkelig en meget behagelig opdagelse i Hurghada! Tak igen, og vi håber at se dig snart!!!

This place has the worst and most unskilled guest relations manager I have ever met. We went to him with 2 complaints, the first was that we found what looked like BLOOD STAINS on our bed sheets, he didn’t take any action, just apologized, chatted with us briefly, then left us and went to other guests. What happened in handling the second complaint though left us FURIOUS. We were woken up by a call at 12 am from Mr. Tamer at the reception asking a casual question that he could have asked any time earlier. We went to Mr. Michael, the guest relations manager, the next morning to file a complaint and he literally left us even more shocked and upset. He kept making excuses for the receptionist behavior, we asked him what would happen next now that we had submitted a complaint and he literally didn’t have an answer or simply didn’t want to give us one. He kept bluffing in poor English that we couldn’t make sense of, then hours later he sent me a message saying that Mr. Tamer (the receptionist) will “provide all the necessary information”. Mr. Tamer was the one who handled our check-out, and unsurprisingly he acted like nothing happened. Up until that point we liked the place and service and were even ready to overlook the sheets situation and leave a good review, the food was really nice and the restaurant workers were amazing. But safe to say that the guest relations experience ruined the whole thing for us.

Hotel is nice, room big and comfortable. Food and drinks really good and amazing cafe with cookies. Staff really nice. Beach good for kitesurfing. Price that we get Was law for this standards. But..... My disapointet Was that we extra pay for room see view. We get 1176 at 1 st floor that in our opinion is pool view - sorry maybe from second floor is better. This is the reason why I dont want to give 5 stars ......

The hotel has a beautiful, welcoming lobby that always smells fresh and clean a great first impression when you walk in. The staff speak multiple languages, which is a big help for guests who don’t speak English. They’re incredibly friendly across the board from housekeeping to the front desk, restaurants, and bars. You can really feel that they do their best to make guests feel comfortable. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with large balconies that are perfect for relaxing. Cleaning is generally good, but there’s room for improvement especially with the towels. Some still looked worn and stained even after being washed. There are several restaurants on-site offering a variety of cuisines. The food is overall delicious and of good quality. Coffee, however, was a bit of a letdown across the board except for the café in the lobby, which served the only decent cup. So if you’re a coffee lover, that might be a small issue. The kids’ club opens a bit later than expected, at 10 AM, but it’s well worth the wait. It’s well-equipped with lots of games and activities to keep the little ones entertained. Entertainment is one of the hotel’s strongest points. The animation team puts on new shows every night based on a rotating schedule, and they’re genuinely fun to watch. The hotel also has multiple water parks for both kids and adults, which makes it easy to enjoy your time without even needing to leave the resort. The beach itself is clean and pleasant, but there’s not much marine life close to the shore. If you want to see fish, you’ll need to take a boat trip but fair warning: the boat excursions could use a lot of improvement. There’s basically no safety provided, which isn’t ideal if you’re traveling with young kids or non-swimmers. The food on the boat wasn’t great, and there wasn’t much to see when it came to snorkeling either, so I wouldn’t set high expectations for that part. The hotel has a 24/7 on-site doctor for both adults and children, which is a huge plus and adds peace of mind during your stay. Lastly, keep in mind that the hotel is about 25 minutes away from the city center. You’ll need a taxi if you want to explore, but the hotel does have its own shops and souvenir options on-site though they are definitely more expensive than what you’d find in town.

We had great time in Bellagio Resort. Great team and great food. The hotel itself is very beautiful - might require some TLC soon, especially the older rooms closer to the beach felt a little neglected but still comfortable and pleasant. The staff is very friendly and welcoming- special shout out to Amir from the Lobby bar for his excellent cocktails and looking after us so well.

First time in Egypt..we visited based on recommendations from friends who go to hurghada every year. We chose to stay in the bungalows due to our preferrence of being in a more quieter and out the way accommodation rather than in the main hotel. Now this review may start of a little negative but like every good story there's a happy ending. We arrived mid evening and was greeted by a lovely welcome in the most beautiful and regal looking reception lobby we have ever visited. It was a great first impression with attentive staff and efficient service. We was directed to the accommodation manager Mr Omar who overseen accommodation services. The bungalows were just on the other side of the resort looking out over the red sea. It was night time and the hotel and grounds where well lit as we was escorted to our allocated room bungalow 3009. Our instant reaction was "nice" big bed, good cupboard space and tea and coffee making facilities, fridge with soft drinks and water, good start. Went to bed later that night after grabbing some nice food in Rosa's buffet restaurant (lots of choice). The bed linen smelt a little bit musty which was a bit off putting so decided to leave it and get it changed the next day. Day 2 cleaner arrived and we requested a clean including bed change, giving him a little tip for the extra change. We waited on the terrace above the bungalow but also identified this was quite grubby from recent maintenance to the flooring. It was extremely dusty and looked like it had not been properly cleaned as for a while as where the outdoor furniture and sun lounges. I requested a clean for this too along with the shower which had long black hairs on the screen from previous occupants and lime scale on the shower head. We decided to go the beach near by instead to get out of the way. On returning we found only the bed was changed and towels replaced. This was disappointing It got to day 3 and we decided to contact Mr Omar about our issues of low standard cleaning as it was affecting our experience and expectations of the 5 star rating the hotel has. Omar was quick to respond organising a change of room to the main hotel of which we was shown around 3 different ones which were all lovely but as per our booking preferrence we booked the bungalows for a reason. Instead we took the hotel representative to our bungalow and showed him all the bits that needed attention including the roof top area. Within a few hours the deep cleaning was completed and it felt so much better. We could finally start our holiday and properly relax. The next morning after returning from breakfast(greeted as usual by the lovely Minah in Rosa's) we was returned to our room to find a beautifully decorated bed with towels made into swans and hearts and fresh flower petals which was really touching as we had discovered earlier that the young cleaner had gone out of his way to do this to make up for previous service even though he was the only cleaner allocated to over

This is the best hotel all inclusive we have ever been to , and we have tried a load around the world . This was our 3rd visit and all the staff were amazing , safi from customer relation had been messaging since our last visit and made the visit amazing , there’s so many staff to thank for the brilliant service , food was amazing with choices from all around the world . And fooods available from 7.30 till midnight, and coffee shop is 24 hours . Every ware is spotless , not one complaint about cleanliness in all areas of the hotel . From start to finish we couldn't fault this place. Staff, cleanliness, animation team (especially the lovely Denise)....Everybody, pool waiters, restaurant staff, the chefs,on ya as soon as your glass is close to empty, food lots of choice every day. Bit of a long flight, but worth it when ya get there .....A1+

First time in Egypt, so didn't know what to expect. We stayed at the Ballagio as part of a stay and river cruise. The week in the hotel was great, the rooms are spacious and clean, could do with a little bit of maintenance here and there. The room boy who cleaned our room excellent. We tipped him on arrival so we were well looked after. The buffet was very good and something for everyone. We were on an all inclusive deal. There is also Italian and Chinese restaurant on site but we did not use those so cannot comment. A coffee shop open 24 hours is handy serving cakes and sandwiches. We didn't use the pools preferring to go to the private beach. The beach bar attendants are on hand for your drinks, we also tipped so we were looked after well. For us the only down side to the hotel was the entertainment. They have an in-house entertainment team, well I'm sorry for a 5* hotel it was a let down. Gruby track suits which was worn day and night with Ballagio written on then does not strike entertainment to me. An MC who thinks he's in Ibiza blowing a airhorn every couple of minutes and come on guys, No. A good entertainment team is required, apart from a belly dancer, a Pharaoh show which was brought in. We were not impressed. Would we stay again, YES. The staff and waiters cleaners etc were all brilliant and looked after us well. I would have given 5 stars but it was the entertainment or lack of it, which let it down for us.
